I summon Raven, discard 6 cards.
Raven goes up to 3700 atk.
or attack with Raven @ your consecrated light and you take 1300 damage then summon 5 2000+ atk beatsticks and blow up Jaden's field.

I'll say right now that there is no excuse whatsoever for losing to a 60 card deck. Those people seriously need to play better...They were obviously doing something wrong...Especially if they were using 40 Card Six Sam decks...

You've really got it in for 60 cards don't you? Can't you just let it go that I won against them and that's that? You don't have to make them seem like terrible duelists

Here's the thing, They don't function well. You can go to a comic shop or a local regional and ask anyone who plays this game that. They'll tell you the same thing.

Just because people say it doesn't mean it's not true. Every person in the world could tell me that and I'd probably not listen to them. It's an opinion, not a fact

Well if that's how you feel about it then I guess there's nothing I can say. But I do hope you aren't planning on taking a 60 card deck to a tourney. You'll get slaughtered.

I don't do tournaments. I don't even live anywhere that holds tournaments, which really sucks too. Actually there was one time, I kid you not, that when I lived in Nevada my brother and I went to a sorta competition thing at a card shop with a friend, and I had no idea how to make decks, so I had a deck that was over 100 cards, still not kidding you, and the first guy I dueled we ended up ending with like 1000-0. Me getting the zero.

But yeah, if I were ever to go to a tourny, I would definately use 40 cards. But I don't care too much, and it's not like we ever do tournaments on DN anyways. Well there are, but I can't take part in them, I don't even know where to register

Edit: Whenver you guys get back on, anyone wanna help with another deck I tried making? Luckily this wasn't from scratch, but I'd still like to try it out. Right now I'm just trying to decide what cards to keep, maybe put it, and what to take out.

that's like saying "there's no excuse to ever lose to a HERO deck.. Thoes people seriously need to play better... They were obviously doing something wrong.."
Just because it isn't the most streamline and meta it can be doesn't mean it's awful. A sixty card deck means a higher chance of drawing poorly, and a lower chance of drawing well, but you can still be just as good if you draw well, and it evens out if you're using a deck like Blackwings that can easily search it's members, and/or you're running a trap-heavy deck.

no I'm saying that because I've realized it's right after thinking 60 card decks sucked for so long.. And sure.

technically you have to reply with a quote.
