Well in the anime those spells were all more powerful version of each other so that's why I made them like that.

In the anime Brago was one of the very strongest Mamodos. That's why I made his spells so powerful. He was pretty much the 2nd strongest Mamodo at least. And Dioga Gravidon was Brago's strongest spell in the anime iirc.

Before anyone asks, No. I won't be doing any of the Manga Spells. I'm a stickler to the anime.

I haven't looked at you first set, but looking at this one.. All of your cards are, as brook said, costless and with the exact same condition. I think you'd be better off just making a deck for Brago to use, with him not in that deck, then you can give the spells all balanced costs, or conditions based on a supporting archetype, and just only use it when you're playing as Brago so your deck isn't entirely reliant on having two specific monsters on the field, and having eight cards that are completely worthless if I hit Sherry with chain disappearance. As you have it now, there's also no reason to ever use the weak spells, because they don't have an easier condition or lower cost than the strong spells.

Now that you and brook mention it it really would be a good idea to add costs. Cuz I remember how in the anime it drained the human of their energy when they used their mamodo's spells. So I guess I could add a pay LP cost.

Oh yes and the reason for Bao Zakerga's activation condition is because in the anime Zatch and Kiyo could not use that spell unless they were pushed to their very limit.

 

Same comments as the other set, although I guess you could make decks for Kiyo and Sherry, and then include Zatch and Brago in them. Although that would keep the reliance on one specific monster.
Also, the shield should be a trap, even if it is summoned via magic.

 

Yeah that was the reason why I didn't make it a trap. I don't really see what the big deal is though since you can't activate it from your hand.

 

Yeah. I took a note from my staples heros deck and added staples and used seal and stuff

 

Mirror Force and Shadow spell are both powered by magic, and it would be really weird if they were remade as quick-play spells, and it would change the value of cards like decree dramatically. Your card is a quick-play spell Magic Cylinder.

Let me ask you this before I forget, Can you explain exactly HOW I was playing well in that last Duel against Brooklyn? I mean I fuсked up more than once in a row...First by Special Summoning after I used Duality and next by thinking Gale's effect would work on Grannel..

I have made mistakes like that before, everyone has an off day.

 

you kept yourself on a course that could lead to a win. If you SS'd and used Duality in the same turn, that was simply forgetfulness, and I do stuff like that all the time. If you thought Gale could work against Granel, that's a ruling mistake. Those happen all the time. Neither one was a strategic mistake, and summoning gale was the right move even without its effect. If I had to start the duel at the exact point you surrendered, I don't think I'd have a worse chance of winning than if I'd been playing from the beginning, which means you were playing at least as well as I would've.

I still can't help but feel like most of you just want me to come back and keep Dueling because you know that I suck and want an easy opponent who you can always beat though...

Well, last time i dueled you, you were about on my level. I just barely beat you with banish and i didn't beat you with tokens.
Which is saying something considering you were out of practice and i duel every day.

 

due to the length of time this has been going on.. I'm just going to say this:

we can't change your reality, only you can. no matter how many times we try to tell you that you're not as bad as you think you are, or how many times we help you train, you'll never get better if you believe that you suck. you've already decided that for yourself. if you truly believe that that's why we're trying to get you to duel again, you should might as well not come back. only you can decide on whether or not we're telling the truth to you. we can't prove it.
seeing how you gave up so quickly during our duel, you're probably not willing to get better.

 

I think you just haven't been using the proper wording when saying that I don't suck. Some things just have to be said to me in the right way. I think it's my Autism. The way some of you have said some things I just couldn't interrupt them very well.
