He's also running BLS and Neo-Parshath...

Looks like just a mash-up of random cards to me...This is a clear violation of rule 11.

He's running an OTK ritual deck. Or at the very least, A ritual deck similar to mine. Not my Gishiki one, But my Demise one.

 

He did say he wasn't going to use Equalizer because he thought of Air Neos, which implies that he has it.. And if he does that's breaking 11, but since he never used it.. I don't know.

Then how about you consider just giving a warning to Itachi. That way you have done something to enforce the rules despite the fact that the card was not actually played.

After some testing (on pro) I finally got it to work.
Neos for the fusion-
Majin/Sonic bird or other 4 stars for the xyz say utopia
And a few ritual cards especially zorc
and of course junk synchron for the syncro

I have the darkworld monsters to help with hand count
kuriboh (who I been throwing in every deck anymore)
tour guide (help with xyz)
and a few others

Yes I have life equalizer just because my plan can go sour (save my life on pro in a different deck been using it ever since) It was already in the deck on Pro before Riku challenged me


also have waboku, reckless greed, mirror force, call of the haunted, call of the earthbound, Mirror force, Magical cylinder, wicked rebirth.

spell I have pot of greed, card destruction, ritual cage, monster reborn, O- oversoul, Foolish Burial(the card that takes half a monsters attack and gives to another monster, can't remember the name of the top of my head starts with a r), other generic cards . Upstart goblin (my side deck even has a Gift box for life equalizer

won about 16/22 duels with it.
Usually I manged to win before I bring it out
Wasn't planning on using it against Riku

I was not planning on using it cause I knew it was banned

 

if you knew it was banned, why use that deck? would have been understandable if you didn't know when accepting his challenge.

I didn't know it was banned until I accepted I checked the banned list as I was planning my first move. So it was banned said oh well i will still use the deck
Its still a good deck easy to summon heavy hitters fast
zorc, bls, utopia, stardust dragon.
