Haven't been here for a long time it seems.

Just wanted to share my complete hatred of the new Onslaught of the Fire Kings structure deck, as well as all of its support. Garunix is just broken: a Dark Hole with 2700 ATK that either comes back from the grave or gets another Fire King. 2 duels I've had against my friend buying one (and BARELY changing anything) I struggled to stay alive...and then just died to burn damage anyway. Wow.

On another note, I love Monster Jar 2 sometimes.

Why was I not there this happened? Same thing, It sounds better on the second one but it's missing the beginning.

 

Watching it right now. First thing that occurred to me is a lack of proper leveling of audio. Yugi's parts are loud while Yuma's are barely audible. Also, speed the duels up just a bit, and include the sound effects that are already on YGOpro. This last thing is unlikely due to how much effort would be needed, but it'd be really cool if you were able to get audio from the characters for every action they performed...like I said, unlikely though.

OMG, this idea... Are you serious?! I like it too much! It might be old, but can I say I'm starting to learn Vanguard? I've gotten more in-depth from the first weekend of February 2013. I forget when I started, but now that I like it, How do I play a game of Vanguard with Yu-Gi-Oh Cards? I've seen Draw Triggers in Yu-Gi-Oh as the cards with effects that draw card(s)... Perhaps, my idea is a Vanguard Arena, if none?

About the sound,Yeah,Yuma Parte of super Saiyan is Bad,but still good.Hmm,the things about they drawing,Idk,That would be reall hard.And if i did,i would use Portuguese Voices,Because more Br ppl will watch this instead of english ones...

It was a joke based on Brook's wording when he was telling us to flip back face-up after he used book of eclipse on us. You can see that I used cars for the "twin drive". There's no way that I know of the play with yugioh cards. I think Stardust was thinking about a Vanguard arena though.

@Anime duels: I'm surprised Jaden didn't put Aki vs. Alexis.. Anyway, Zane vs. Antinomy

Battle
When a Yu-Gi-Oh! unit is in "rest" position, it's Defense is calculated during battle
All units' power formula:

If a unit's ATK + DEF = 0, they gain a skill which is a more powerful version of their effect, if possible. Meklord Emperor Granel is an exception: it gains 4000 power for each card in the damage zone!
Shield is calculated by rounding the DEF value times 5. If DEF is 0 and its Grade is 1, it gains Sentinel (perfect guard) effect.

New Drive Check Mechanics
Now there can be multiple clans on one card! If a one out of each clan on the card matches, the drive check is successful.
Example: Chaos Goddess is now in 2 clans: Angel Feather and Shadow Paladin!

Skills
Most Spell Speed 1 effects become "activate"
Spell Speed 2 (Compulsory Spell Speed 1 Trigger also counts) effects become "auto"
Continuous effects become "passive" also known as "continuous"
Cards that affect the Graveyard instead affect the Drop Zone.
Cards that special summon instead call unit(s) from the specified zone.
If the skill is impossible in Vanguard, I'll try to decide what it is.

Grade System
Level 1-2 = Grade 0
Rank 1-3/Level 3-4 = Grade 1
Rank 4-6/Level 5-7 (6-8 for Synchro) = Grade 2
Rank 7-8/Level 8-10 (9-10 for Synchro) = Grade 3
Rank 9/Level 11 = Grade 4 (NEW)
Rank 10/Level 12 = Grade 5 (NEW)
There are exceptions to this system, such as the Meklords, Extra Deck, and LV monsters:
Meklords are considered Grade 4 and their effects are impossible, so I don't know how I'll deal with them as of yet.
Extra Deck monsters are never to be Grade 0. They are always 1 Grade higher than their usual, with some exceptions.
LV monsters:

• Type 1 starts at Grade 1, except for Armed Dragon, which starts at Grade 0. Armed Dragon LV10 is only available in the Ride Phase.
• Type 3 starts at Grade 1, except for Ultimate Insect, which is an exception to the grade system, starting at Grade 0. They gain their effect(s) if their predecessor(s) are in the soul AND if they've been superior called by their predecessor.

I'll decide on Type 2.

New Grades
Grade 4 gains Twin Drive!! and Intercept. They have "Sentinel" for intercept, though you must discard 2 units of the same clan if it intercepts.
Grade 5 has a unique ability Triple Drive! This means drive check 3 times! There is a drawback, it cannot be called to the rear guard circle.

Triggers
Monsters, Spells, and Traps with the following effects become trigger units:
Heal = Recover LP
Critical = Increase ATK/Any form of Battle Damage increase
Stand = Change Battle Position
Draw = Draw card(s)

Clans
Clans are kept; but for Yu-Gi-Oh! clans, I'll decide the the clan they belong to.

Races
An original unit's Race becomes a type, which is usually based on their printed race, if you're combining the original game's cards with your own deck.

who would a good opponent for dartz be?

 

I am not sure on that one Reinzel but I think someone like Yubel might be a good choice.

You might be better off replacing clans with types. Also, I don't see why Chaos Goddess is in Royal or Gold. Just Angel Feather + Shadow Paladin would seem better. Also, what about things that special summon themselves, or from the hand? Since Vanguard has unlimited calls per turn.
