ok ppl,now i'm trying to make some clan fights to (epic) fight,but maybe next week i'll dedicate 100% of my time to the caracthers duels

 

Anyone wanna duel? I'll go easy on ya since I'm still recovering from my head injury.

I'll return to Arena Dueling eventually as well. (If I can ever get over my current obsession of Fire Emblem that is)

Hand Control Gishki
This deck revolves around spamming Evigishki Gustkraken to take out cards from your opponent´s hand and gaining knowledge on the remaining hand.
However, due to limitation of "Evigishki Gustkraken" in September 2012 Lists, this deck-type is severely weakened.

Not enough, I faced this deck unfortnately in real life tournie I had and this opponent added his whole deck to his hand in that time and reshuffled cards back in with Add to Deck spells mainly due to Gishki Aquamirror and other similar cards, this was also a timed round too, so it's best 2 out of 3, but he made the loop go on for so long, time was coming into the Round and he decided to win there and since it was Time, I had no chance to get to the second Duel, meaning I had no chance win or put it to a draw, I'd personally ban the Ritual card and the Monster itself or the Loop only goes on once and not repeated.

Someone told me it was a way to win since he made that loop but I said "No, I find playing this game is to enjoy it and come up with ways to battle each other, not intentionally hold out on the match and wait until Time is called, that's being unfair, if I ever see that deck being played again in that tournie, I'll quit that match and just say. "You're not a Duelist, you're just someone who is taking the fun out of it and intentionally making so there's no way to win, so here's your 'win'. Hope you're happy and if you do get into Top Ranking, just know you didn't get there through effort, you got there by exploiting a loop which is unfair and should be ruled.

I want my Brio back >.> Not that I've played fables more than a few times since he got banned. Why the sangan though? Seriously. I also don't really like warning to one. There's so little summon negation to begin with, it seems odd to go TT and mirror to two, warning to one. I don't really like Lumina to three.. But I guess Lightsworn isn't meta anymore.. it still makes me unhappy. I like them better with 1x Lumina. It's nice to see One Day at one though.

A friend of my brothers died last night in his sleep of cancer. His name was T'Drique and he was only 12, So yeah.
You've gotten better, But I just wanted to let you know it could be worse... He hardly got to live. He played Basketball, Football, He had friends. He knew he had cancer (Since he was like 5, I think) and he didn't look at it like "I'm going to die, Why should I do anything" he looked at it like "I'm going to die, I have to do everything". I didn't know him personally, nor do I claim to, But my brother did and he said he was a happy person. I know you're probably wondering why you should care, But this is why: We have to live life because we are allowed to. You believe in God, right? Well he (Or whatever a person's higher power is) could hurt or kill us whenever. We're kept alive for a reason... I know you think you're useless or whatever but atleast you didn't have a big clock ticking over you , knowing you could die any day soon. This happens to alot of people and here we are crying over the past.

Well I won't be playing the real game anymore that's for sure. But I can still Arena Duel sometimes. Seriously WTF is up with Sangan getting banned? I know it's a great card but that's just complete overkill...

I am sorry for your loss. But you'd have to be me to understand how hard it is to suck at everything. It's not a matter of not wanting to do anything. It's a matter of not being able to do anything.

Yeah, I don't really think there was a need for that. This entire banlist doesn't really solve anything, It's just really boring...

Well, You ARE able to do stuff, you just say not you can't do it good.
What is your goal in life? I mean... What is/was your interest? Because if you could find that, You could just work on improving that. If it sports related,You could get a personal trainer, If it was something academic, You could hire a tutor .I don't think you're just not good at anything and you can't do anything no matter how hard you try, There has to be some way to get you to make you happy...

I think his problem is that he's always comparing himself to the best. When he plays with his E-Heroes he thinks he sucks because he's not as strong as people using meta decks. He's commented about how he sucks compared to the people who post videos on youtube. I'd image that holds for everything else he does, and many things he wont be able to be as good as the best people at, even if he spent his life trying. I think that that discourages him, so he doesn't try as much, and thinks that he can't be good at anything even if he tries hard.. When really he already is good, or at least decent, just not close to the best.

yeah,im not eeven playing this game anymore,atleast competitive.i just made a yugi battle city deck,and i'm having fun with my friends on Rl,that play old school decks.

Battle
When a unit is in "rest" position, it's Defense is calculated during battle
I'll decide the Yu-Gi-Oh units' power.
If a unit's ATK + DEF = 0, they gain a skill which is a more powerful version of their effect, if possible. Meklord Emperor Granel is an exception: it gains 4000 power for each card in the damage zone!
Shield is calculated by rounding the DEF value times 5. If DEF is 0 and its Grade is 1, it gains Sentinel (perfect guard) effect.

New Drive Check Mechanics
Now there can be multiple clans on one card! If a one out of each clan on the card matches, the drive check is successful.
Example: Chaos Goddess is now in 2 clans: Angel Feather and Shadow Paladin!

Skills
Most Spell Speed 1 effects become "activate"
Spell Speed 2 (Compulsory Spell Speed 1 Trigger also counts) effects become "auto"
"When this card is summoned" and Flip effects (including "when this card is flipped face-up) become "passive"
Cards that affect the Graveyard instead affect the Drop Zone.
Cards that special summon instead call unit(s) from the specified zone.
If the skill is impossible in Vanguard, I'll try to decide what it is.

Grade System
Level 1-3 = Grade 0
Rank 1-3/Level 4-5 = Grade 1
Rank 4-6/Level 6-7 (6-8 for Synchro) = Grade 2
Rank 7-8/Level 8-10 (9-10 for Synchro) = Grade 3
Rank 9/Level 11 = Grade 4 (NEW)
Rank 10/Level 12 = Grade 5 (NEW)
There are exceptions to this system, such as the Meklords, Extra Deck, and LV monsters:
Meklords are considered Grade 4 and their effects are impossible, so I don't know how I'll deal with them as of yet.
Extra Deck monsters are never to be Grade 0. They are always 1 Grade higher than their usual, with some exceptions.
LV monsters:

• Type 1 starts at Grade 1, except for Armed Dragon, which starts at Grade 0. Armed Dragon LV10 is only available in the Ride Phase.
• Type 3 starts at Grade 1, except for Ultimate Insect, which is an exception to the grade system, starting at Grade 0. They gain their effect(s) if their predecessor(s) are in the soul AND if they've been superior called by their predecessor.

I'll decide on Type 2.

New Grades
Grade 4 gains Twin Drive and Intercept! They have half of their original shield for intercept, though.
Grade 5 has a unique ability Triple Drive! This means drive check 3 times! There is a drawback, it cannot be called to the rear guard circle.

Triggers
Monsters, Spells, and Traps with the following effects become trigger units:
Heal = Recover LP
Critical = Increase ATK/Any form of Battle Damage increase
Stand = Change Battle Position
Draw = Draw card(s)

Clans
Clans are kept, but their race(s) become types, which are usually based on their printed race, if you're combining the original game's cards with your own deck.

I haven't found an answer to this, but until then, I'll decide these effects.

Well..The power system is really weird in that a monster with 650 atk has a power of 9750 (which should really be something grade 2) while at the same time making something with 700 atk have a power of 7000 (this should be grade one), and making something with 1200atk have 12000 power (probably a grade four in your system) while something with 2400 atk also has 12000 power, and something with 1250atk only has 6250 power, making it weaker than anything with more than 400 attack.
