Meh, I can take that:
LP: 8000 (Each time I lose, Starting Life will increase by 4000)
Customs: Only if it supports the Deck type
Anime Exclusives: Yes
Video Game Exclusives: Yes
God Cards: No
First Player: Acceptor
Number of Cards per Deck: Acceptor's Choice
Other conditions(luck based cards, handicaps, etc.): Multiple, Consecutive Duels until I win (Normal, NOT scoop) with Different decks each duel; Timer extended, I started school.

 

The other handicaps are new to me lol.

You think you're bad wait till I tell you the full extent of just how bad I am:

I have to use cheat codes almost all the time. There's almost not one single game out there that I can beat. And I can't beat any retro games out there. Those really old NES game franchises like the old Mario and Donkey Kong games etc. are so goddamn hard I don't see how ANYBODY is supposed to be able beat them...But like I said I suck. I could never beat those games...Or even get very far in them...They're ridiculous...I mean you die in only one hit and don't even have a goddamn life bar...And you have only like what 3 lives? And not even any freaking continues...(Some retro games are like that at least)

And in the Super Smash Bros. games the CPU is too good with those new characters that you have to beat in a fight in order to unlock and they always mercilessly kick my ass before I can even do anything...

I can only beat the Kingdom Hearts games on Beginner Mode, And I can't even beat Sephiroth in KH2...

And I still always take alot of damage no matter what game I play...(And usually die alot too)

Well, it's not literally black, just dark enough to look like it, and the stars are blue. Also, I know all about Levels and Ranks lol.

The Meklords look so complicated to use with their anime incarnations though.

Just so there's no misunderstanding I'm not saying that I cheat in Wi-Fi with people. No I don't do that and I wouldn't either. I don't even play any videogames online with people. Cheating at a videogame is one thing but cheating in real life against real people is just well...wrong...

 

True I only cheat in video game just for perhaps all cards so i cna build the deck i desire rather than duel liek 5 times for every opponent or 10 to unlock Boosters.

Of course, I was using a really bad deck, Not BW or Gishki's, But still.
