Something I forgot to mention. Slaughtermatic was pissed at me after he got beat by Rafael those 3 times. He sent me an email and was really mad...
Not about losing. I mean mad about how I told you guys about him and caused him to look like a moron because of how he hadn't played in months. He's very rusty because of that. Those 3 Duels he had against Rafael were literally his first in like 6 months.

I really would prefer that you guys not use my name when you Duel him...[DOUBLEPOST=1349369018][/DOUBLEPOST]
It's a different kind of Chaos build called Dimensional Chaos I believe.

He's been more active on DN lately I've noticed. I might come back soon.

Sounds like he must've drawn kinda bad. His deck has some really good combos in it. He can usually do plays with Dimensional Alchemist and summon BLS Envoy of The Beginning and use Honest when attacking with him and that sort of thing.

Well I'm now officially convinced that I was wrong to have listened to him. He talks so big just because he's played the meta. But you guys appear to have surpassed him even though none of you actually do or have played the meta.

Before I make my official decision to start playing again I just wanna know something; Do you guys still think I should come back even though I suck? For that matter should I still try to enjoy playing games and still keep playing them even though I suck more than anybody else does at them? (And I truly do suck at every single game out there more than anybody else does too)

First, in my opinion, you don't suck. You may not be amazing but you don't suck. And second, even if you did, that's how you get better. By playing and trying to improve. Say you make a play wrong, instead of beating yourself up about it, learn not to do it next time. So my answer is yes, i think you should.

But that's the thing, I practice at videogames all the time but I still never get any better at them. Should I still keep playing them?

Regarding this game well this game really doesn't take much skill. You eventually reach a point to where you can't really get any better than you already are.

    Don't give up so easily.

Well that depends on the kind of deck you use. Some decks need to be played in a specific way, but other than that, yeah it's mostly the skill in building the deck. But anyway, If you decide to start dueling again, I'd be honored to be the first to duel you.

Just putting this out there: the whole point of playing a game is to have fun. If you're not having fun, don't play it, because that defeats the purpose of the act. No one makes you play a game (though if you're being forced, you should at least try to enjoy it)

And there is skill required in this game, just more so with certain decks than others. The decks I use in real life constantly keep me on my toes to figure out what to use and when and how, being changed according to who I'm playing and what I'm facing. A less experienced player will be less able to strategize efficiently with their materials and predict what his/her opponent will counter with.

What's your definition of playing the meta? Because I know that there was a point where Rafael and I were both playing against meta decks on DN. Now I'm not on DN much, but he probably still is. And if you mean going to tournaments.. Guess what, in thirty-one days, Rafael will be.
As for your skill level.. It's debatable whether or not you suck, but I'm not going to say anything about that atm. I do, however, believe that it doesn't matter whether or not you suck. Come back if you want to, don't if you don't. If you don't want to come back because you think you suck, that's fine, you don't need to come back. If you do want to come back, but are afraid to because you think you suck, don't worry about it.

This reminded me of a quote I read a while ago, so I went and found it..

I mean he's played actual tournaments and none of you have. But like I said I admit that I was wrong to have listened to him now. So I won't argue with you guys anymore. I see now that I was wrong to have questioned your opinions. I just never would've expected you all to know more than him at first cuz he's usually always right about everything. But starting now I will only listen to you all instead.

I've been thinking maybe I should just come back and just play for fun.

I could do that and see about getting a cleaner render of the seal when I get home from school.
