First Final Fantasy game was FFX, parents didn't know better.

 

Wasn't that way back when game stores had HUGE reminders to "CHECK THE RATING OR ELSE YOU ARE A HORRIBLE PARENT" plastered on the walls instead of DLC advertisements?

 

To be fair, FFX wasn't really that bad in terms of mature content. I mean, Lulu's boobs were a big factor that made my mom go "Um..." but she liked watching my brothers play it, so it was cool with her.

I remember playing the Mortal Kombat games when I was just in like 2nd or 3rd grade.

 

SH and RE games when I was in single digits of the age world, I turned out fine.

 

I'm ashamed to have been introduced to Silent Hill so late...only after the movie and a former friend gave me his copy of Silent Hill 2 Restless Dreams...
