things u dislike about kingdom hearts?

sigh i loved this game in every way but one, it was much to easy, i mean even critical mode was pretty easy once you get the hang of it tear i want the new ones to be much more hard.

 

Atlantica was a totally pointless world... <_< singing?? i was a little sad...

why does riku behave so BAD w/ Namine in the 2nd Game??? <_< always yelling at her and pulling her arm... hmmm

neither Sora, Donald, Goofy nor Gemini question Namine at the end abt why they had "thank Namine" in thier journal...

they looked over a lot of things that should've been questioned or something.. i can't remember what they were.. but i do remember b!tching abt it to my lil sis...

Axel knows Sora from Castle Ovblivion... didn't say anything abt that either... O_o (eventhough sora doesn't remember.)

and i THINK that Sora went to sleep in the pod thingies in Castle Oblivion.. and then he woke up in Twilight Town??? O_o
im not so sure abt this one... there might be a chance they were put to sleep in TT... but i don't remember it from CoM... <_< ehh..

That's been taken care of in KH2: FM+, where before Sora and Riku go to battle the Armored Xemnas, Sora randomly says he forgot to thank Naminé.

In the KH2 Ansem Reports, it says that Diz relocated the pods to Twilight Town, where is much safer, since Castle Oblivion belonged to the Org.

I'd have liked it if they went more into the backstory for Ansem's Apprentices, instead of just that 30-second conversation between Xehanort and Ansem.

Also, Xemnas should not have had as many soliloquies as he did. That man did not stop talking, granted, his voice is hyponotic, and happens to be one of my favorites, but that doesn't give anyone to right to out-monologue Hamlet. You know, he should have just given the "To Be or Not to Be" speech. Would've saved us all a lot of time. At least then Sora could've called him a Fishmonger. (Even if Hamlet said that to Polonius, it doesn't matter because it would've been epic).

And Sora should have been told more information. Poor kid's more confused than a Freshman in an AP class.

 

The ending was a cliffhanger...bleh!

Too much Disney?
Maybe that's a little harsh...Perhaps it's spending fifty-odd hours with Donald and Goofy that's tainted my opinion, but it seems a little much. Atlantica is the main culprit, though. What is the point?

Maleficent didn't get enough attention - more how we don't get to fight her at all yet we fight everyone else - and fight Pete at least three times. And we don't get to know what happened to them afterwards, no one questioned it once the danger in TWTNW was over.. It better be explained in the next game, it better be explained GOOD...

The pointless worlds being Atlantica and 100 Acre Wood... Thank heavens they can be avoided, but I still get very grrr when you're forced into that book. It's a mix of my personal distaste for Pooh bear etc and just game material in general.

Magic should be stronger... I almost never use magic offensive, it's simply too weak and useless. There's only rare occations where you pretty much have to use it, like against the Grim Reaper. And the summons.... Give me a reason why it is smart to use summons.

Other than that.... Some voice actors and character personalities that are annoying. But that's just me. It's still related to the story so that's good.

 

The fact that it seemed Sora seemed to be manipulated, even by the good guys.

that's about it. I don't really complain about the games that much but this topic seemed like fun!

 

FF characters having too little to do with the plot and Disney characters having too much.

Nuff said.

 

I didn't see Riku as emo. In KH1 he was being corrupted by Darkness. It causes over-emotional reactions and blurred perception. Somehow people seemed to have missed that. Also, had Sora been just a bit more perceptive, the whole situation could have been averted. In the end, Riku lost pretty much everything including himself until CoM and KH2 where he worked hard to fight and overcome the evil within him. I hardly find that emo. An emo would have layed on the ground and quit in CoM and certainly not have gone out of his/her way to save his friends and do things well above himself unselfishly in KH2 to make things right. I found Roxas to be a lot more emo considering he was always about himself and Riku was not even in KH1 doing things just for himself. Not that I dislike Roxas, but seriously, it took Sora to show him why in a fight that Axel did what he did for Sora and gave up on Roxas returning him. It was because Sora fought for 'his friends'.

Also, I don't really complain about anyone's clothes but Kairi's. She had a dress with 3 suggestive zippers on it and you could see her underwear in a gratuitous fan shot. The other clothes of KH are wacky and out there but hers was the only one I asked 'why' because she's supposed to be 'pure' and yet walks around in that.

As for back to the topic...

KH1
- I suppose I shouldn't dislike this since it moves the story along, but when Donald refused to let Riku go and Sora was so meek about it. If that was one of my best friends I'd be totally not putting up with that.

- Sora not knowing Kairi's heart was inside him the whole time. He's seeing visions and all and never figures it out until Ansem tells him. Had he figured it out sooner things would have been better for others.

- Fighting Ursula's big fat head. That scene annoyed me. Especially where she'd 'bite' you or draw you in to do it with that vortex effect.

- Leon was somehow less emo than Cloud in KH. Cloud kind of annoyed me in KH though he did look cool with the Vincent add-ons.

- Summons were mostly pathetic and I never bothered with them once I saw what they could do. Though my favorite had to be Bambi pooping out MP balls. Just because it makes me laugh.

- Lance Bass Sephiroth. Also where he says 'Sin Harvest' wasn't Sin Harvest at all but it caused everyone to write it including Brady. That's some poor sound editing or Lance Bass sucks.

- Ansem's speeches. More of Ansem's speeches.

KH2
- Maleficent was a wuss in KH2 and everything she did was rather pathetic.

- Chicken Little. Nuff said.

- Xemnas's Speeches and his infatuation with Kingdom Hearts.

- Kairi's outfit. As explained above.

- DiZ and Axel having hips. That's just wrong. With Axel I could see why because he was a toothpick so it looked like he had hips at moments but DiZ's clothes accentuated his for some reason. He was wearing a dress.

- DiZ telling Riku to get 'rid of' Namine which was like an order to kill her. Also, his cold view on Roxas which Riku had a lot more sympathy for and decided to collect things against orders of DiZ for Sora about Roxas so he'd be remembered. I'm glad Riku entirely disobeyed.

- That this game's Final Mix and CoM:RE were not made for other countries. Big disappointment. I could see not getting KH1s because only a few modest things altered. But KH2:FM had parts of the story we didn't get to see and CoM:RE would have given those who didn't have a GB ADV the chance to play it with a lot better graphics.

 

DONALD'S SINGING!! OMG. You have no idea how much it aggravated me.

Another is how you had to go through the worlds a SECOND time. I was like, "WTH?" I thought I was done with them, but no. I had to go back through Halloween Town and Agrabah again. :sideways:

And, finally, Halloween Town period. I've hated that world from the beginning. It just didn't have my interest.
