Neal glared at Echo. "I've not yet begun to fight...." He flew faster.

Gumi flew up and out of the area, heading back towards town. Hiding in the shadows, she found Lelouch. "Lelouch!" She called.
Lelouch saw Gumi and went over to her. "What've you found so far?"
Gumi frowned. "Its DEEP underground. I couldn't go any further so I sent Neal to do that while I came for you. The mist is thick there, like in the book, yet its cooled. Me and Neal can behave ourselves."

 

Neal started to slow down a bit. He was getting closer.

 

Lelouch nodded. "Take me with you."
Gumi nodded and took his hand, taking off into the air again. Tracking back to where she was before, she flew on. "NEAL! NEAL?"

 

right there. Darten Started another of the Vicious Fights with his Other Half.
Darten thought first in a Freezing Tundra now in a Blazing Desert the Mind has a unpredictable way of setting the Terrain he told himself.

 

James watched as Lelouch and Gumi flew off. "Once again, I came too late." He looked around and decided he might as well start doing something fun. He headed off to the Casino.

 

Suddenly a black mist swirled around James, picking him up in the air. Don't think i've forgotten about you. Gumi's voice echoed around him as he was dragged off towards her.

 

Neal stopped flying when he heard Gumi's voice. "Gumi!"

 

"Heh, for a second there I thought you would." James said laughing softly.

 

Gumi smiled and flew to him, pulling James behind her. "I got the others. Did you find anything new?" She asked, looking around. There was a fork in the tunnels, one leaded to a brightly lit path, the other was pitch black.

 

Neal shook his head. "Nothing."

 

Gumi frowned, looking down the paths. "The mist is following down the light corridor but nothing down the other... I can't see through again..." Slowly, she headed down into the darkness.

 

Neal followed her closely behind. He looked around.

 

Lelouch looked up at Gumi. "Gumi? Are you SURe we should go this way?"
Gumi nodded and continued on. The smell of her father lingered everywhere, deep within the rocks.

 

James looked around the cave. The same feeling he received when he had opened the book was here, this mist. He felt quite relaxed actually. "That sounds like a plan, considering we might get lost on our own." He added in pointing to both himself and Lelouch.

 

Gumi didn't look back. "Fine. Me, Lelouch and James'll go down here. Neal and Echo go down there. Be careful, Neal might be a demon now but he isn't as strong as me yet."

 

"Wait. Neal's a demon?" James asked before looking at Neal intently before noticing a pair of wings on the back.

 

Gumi nodded. "He was gonna kill himself because he went all emo on us. So I let himself die then turned him into a demon. He's still the same jackas$ though."

 

Neal growled. "Why does everyone assume i'm weak!? I should just kill you all to prove how strong I am!!!"

 

"Did I say you were? No. I said you weren't as strong as me." GUmi said, sighing.
