"'Us'? What's that supposed to mean? Are you like...Darkness? If so...I'm not going to fight you. now tell me what's coming so I can stop it." Seth said grabbing a cross. A thought occured to try tro read minds around to see if he could figurte out whats coming...But there was a thought too many. "Theres somone invisible here...Show yourself!" Seth shouted

 

Rosalina: ...I'm getting tired of this I'll tell him!!
Yamato: No!!
*Rosalina switched with Yamato*
Rosalina: Ahh! *holds chest* that hurts! *gasps* Excuse me?! but...are you one of the light?

 

"I am...How about you? And you changed suddenly...Two people in one body?" Seth asked still looking around for what's coming.

 

Rosalina: Yes, me and my brother, I died a while ago and he made me a promise that he will live out both of our lives...just think of me like Aerith for Cloud in Final Fantasy VII except we switch from time to time

 

"I see...So what's coming?" Seth asked

 

Rosalina: I think it maybe someone from the dark! don't you have the mark?

 

"Mark? N-no...All I know is that some people told me of the dark and they said we'd end up at war with them. They also told me I was a being of the light...I never got a mark." Seth said This must be what hurt this guy so much...I don't think it'd be too advantageous if that happened by being near a being of darkness Seth thought to himself

 

"WHOA! THAT'S AWESOME! I mean that your brother would let you live inside of him. I wish I could've done that for my parents." And with those words Angie started crying for the first time since her parent's death. This confused Cat as she had never seen Angie crying since the day they met.
"Anyway what's this mark? It signifies that you're one of the five dark beings?" Cat remembered Obscurus killing all of those prisoners in the jail and started worrying that maybe all creatures of darkness were alike in some way. "If the darkness is made up of injured souls then maybe your brother is from the darkness because you live inside of him. How exactly did you die Rosalina?"

 

Obscurus grinned, and while still in his near-invisible state, threw a dagger of darkness right at Cat's head.

 

Cat heard the knife flying towards her head and with her glove on her right hand caught the blade when it was about two inches away from her head.
"Heh, it's gonna take more than that to sneak attack a thief. I'm trained to hear and see when something is coming at me you know. Plus the smell of darkness is all over this knife." Cat was surprised by that last sentence that she said. She remembered smelling something foul and putrid coming toward her and when she smelled the knife she realized that she could sense the darkness in both instinct and smell. This was surprising to her because she never remembered being able to do anything like this. Just then something in her mind clicked. Maybe something from her past, but just a quickly as it had come it left again. Leaving her to wonder what it was that she saw in that flicker of light.
"Cat, w...what just happened!?"
"I just... I really don't know Angie. Wait... OBSCURUS! COME OUT! DON'T BE A COWARD! COME OUT AND FIGHT ME! I HAVE A PROPOSITION FOR YOU!"

 

Obscurus grinned again, and this time unleased a swam of dark thorns around himself, when they disapeared, he was not invisible anymore. "I heard someone say the word 'proposition' so what can you offer me?"

 

"That would be me Obscurus. Here it is. We fight..."
"Cat, NO! YOU CAN'T BEAT HIM!"
"ANGIE! QUIET! If I could sense that invisible knife then i'm sure that I can beat him in a fight! Now as I was saying, we fight each other. We can both use any tricks that we have up our sleeves. If you win then you can kill me, but not Angie, but if I win then you leave us alone for good and stop trying to kill innocent people. The whole affair back at the prison was nothing, so why follow us and try to assasin me? What do you say? Deal?"

 

Obscurus grinned, forming twin daggers with his darkness, "don't worry little missy, I'll leave some money for a coffin," he said, "now, just a little one-on-one, right?"

 

Jet heard shouting as she walked and frowned, maybe today wouldn't be so dull after all and she began moving towards them.

 

So this is a being of darkness Seth thought with a sigh. He then noticed Jet coming towards them "I'll be right be right back. Sit tight a sec." Seth said to Rosalina and ran to Jet "Hey what're you doing here Jet? There's a fight going on and I'm assuming the dark guy is what's hurting that guys chest. I've promised to help these two, just be carefull if your sticking around they're gonna be throwing things around as they fight." Seth explained and ran back over to Yamato and Rosalina "So is there anything I should have as a being of light that I don't...All I got was the powers I use"

 

Jet nodded and just stood back a little, watching everyone, this should be interesting. Though while she stood she frowned, was she a being of darkness? She certainally prefered it a lot more, she was attracted to it unlike light. She just wanted people to understand darkness wasn't all bad, it could be good and light could be bad. If the dark guy was hurting the girl she wondered if she would hurt the girl by being around them. She hoped not, she did want to hurt someone like that, it would make her appear a monster.

 

Seth stood watching Jet...She looked troubled...Almost sad or afraid...He grabbed his cross and listened in. Hearing her troubles he let go of the cross. "I'm sorry I have to talk to my friend. A being of darkness as she may be...But she's not bad, she's as pure as any being of light could be if she pains your mark she doesn't mean to." Seth said and ran to her "I-I...You...You're no monster...Dark as you may be you're as pure as any light I can tell...So clear your mind of these worries I'll help you prove that dark can be good...I...Promise" Seth whispered

 

Jet looked at him in suprise, he knew she was dark but he didn't hate her for it, "I...thanks?" She looked into his eyes and sighed"Sorry"

 

Rosalina: Basically you should have a silver star on your chest *unbottons top to show you* See right there *points and notices you're staring* and if you do try anything pervy I'll just change back to Yamato! ^-^
Yamato: Ooh~ you b*tch!
Rosalina: And by the way Cat and Angie, I died by an serious illness that swept around my village, unfortunatly we couldn't afford proper health care by my dad's obsesive drinking, also my mother ran away with a wizard taking some of our money...the only reason why Yamato kept me in his body was that I was the only family he had left...

 

"Sorry? You...Have no reason to be...I should be the sorry one...For the way I found out that stuff...I shouldn't have but you looked so down." Seth murmered looking at the floor "That's part of my ability...I can read minds" Hearing Rosalina he turned around to see her unbottoning her top "Um...What are..." He then heard the explanation "Oh... I see" Seth pulled at his top and looked down "Nope no star...Maybe I haven't been in this light thing long enough?"
