Ugh. Imagine this scenario.

I am playing pokemon Red, and I have just gotten into a pokemon battle with a bugcatcher in Veridian Forest. I defeat his first pokemon, then I realize I am out of PP for tackle. Not good! I use leech seed on his kakuna, which promptly uses harden six times. I then am stuck using growl until his HP gets depleted.

ONE. HP. AT. A. FREAKING. TIME!


Edit: Finally beat the Kakuna. Guess what. He has another weedle. UGH!

i had to use it against Lance before in the elite four when i was out of pp
I still pwned tho lol

You should have just gone to sleep and made someone keep hitting A lol

That's why I always make sure to catch a Pikachu in Viridan forest.

 

Lol, I've never played Red or Blue, I have played Crystal and a few others though and have been in this situation before. XD not fun.​

 

Old pokemon was the best =]
it was also awesome when in gold and silver you could go back to Kanto xDD

New pokemon (im referring to the tv show as well as the games) just not so good. Pokemon isnt the same if it isnt Ash, Brock, and Misty waiting to get her bike back (lolz) xDD

 

I got a Bulbasaur and named it Bowman, after a character in a book.

I plan to catch a Pikachu, but Oak didn't give me my obligatory five pokeballs.

How is it any different from other pokemon games?..you still have new pokemon,new Team,new Gym's,New Sidequests,and you can bring pokemon from other games to those games
