I also feel pokemon has fallen, at least in the Anime. Good god, it sucks now. The new games are okay, although it is still fun to play the old ones. Nostalgia and that.

I re-read the Slave of the Mastery and Firesong a few weeks ago.

I am torn on Sissi and Mumpo. Both of them have their ups and downs. Both are naive, but both have their determined streak. Both have a determination to marry a Hath twin. They are alike. I found them irritating at some points, but great at others.

 

Yeah, you have to deliever the package and then go back to him. He'll give you a Pokedex and your Pokeballs.

Yeah, to me the anime is really getting bad, it's not as good as the first one. I never really liked the anime anyway, though :P.

It's been so long (at least two years) since I read it, but I do remember that Mumpo started off as a 'special' kid that became inexplicably badass in Slaves of the Mastery. I seem to recall him snapping some guy's neck later in the book...

On other news, I caught a Pikachu and named it Pika-power. So far it is level five. I am killing Kakuna with it.

 

well, pikachu is mostly looks because its stats...well...yeah.

but at least you can kill crapkuna(i couldnt contain it) with it.

but, i really dont know why they havent changed the looks of the battle system, one sprite up one sprite down, and the make silly flashes,and thats all the battle.

but for some reason , i still like the pokemon games.

if only i had a GBA or a DS to play.

 

Stats are for loosers with hearts of coal. They know not of the true nature of pokemon. My beloved Pika-power will come through for me, because I love it and believe in it! If I believe, anything can happen!
