she ran after him

 

she was held by the throat, against the floor. her eyes were shutting. "you know what...f*ck it....kill me..." she wheezed.

He jumped through the opening of trees in his large black wolf form. he growled at the black creature on wolfe, advancing forward.

 

she snarled after him

 

she coughed, looking up, smiling. "hey guys...." her smile was weak. "mya....I'm sorry..." she choked, coughing up a bit of blood.

he looked at the creature infront of him, then to esmya. what the hell is that!?

 

she shrugged,snarling again,its alright Wolfe...

 

"oh god...." she held her stomach. "I think that thing broke some of my ribs..."
The creature advanced forward, pouncing for esmya faster than the eye could see.

He spun around, not being able to catch the creature in time.

 

she kicked it off her,growling

 

He looked at the black creature, confused as to what it is.

She coughed, holding her ribs. "arghh....you know who sent that?"

 

she shook her head

 

she whispered one word. "Volturi."
the creature let out a screech, glaring at wolfe, before sprinting away.
she held her ribs again. "b*stard...."

he sighed, morphing back to human form.

 

"no...it cant be them!"she said

 

she smiled, reaching into her pocket, revealing a small chain with a golden V hanging from it. the font of the letter was like olde script, and encrusted with diamonds. "pretty isn't it? I always was a good pick-pocket as a kid..." she smiled. "it was around that things neck..."

 

"Oh god....it is them....i remeber this from when they came for me...."Esmya muttered

 

she sighed, flopping back onto the floor. "they know....they must know."

 

"Oh my god.....they'll come! they'll fight!"

 

"why d'you think I came out here? I'd rather that thing kill me than one of you guys."

 

"they cant come here! the twins are harmless!"

 

she smiled. "only we know that, right?"

 

"we can show them!"she said

 

she sighed, looking in the direction of where the creature ran to. "by the looks of it, they don't give second thoughs, love."
