I was talking with Chesterfield here when we realised that the profile customisations I was seeing on her convo page were not the same as the ones she had set. I ended up screenshotting it for her, as seen here, and she says that she has never seen that image before. Does anyone else see it? Is the problem with my account, or is it hers that's at fault?
I should add that I did use those colors and fonts for my profile, but that was before the forum got updated, and I turned the customized setting off after we got that option back. The picture, however I definitely haven't used/seen before.
It's possible that Chester used that image when the forums had this feature before and just doesn't remember. Profile customization, from what I read, was disabled in the 4.0.7 update, and when it was re-enabled again in the 4.1.3 update, it still remembered settings from before.
Dude, trust me, I would not forget having used that kind of a picture. I only ever used one background picture (a Jak and Daxter themed one), and that's it.
Yea, I have had this happen (I ended up turning U.C. off) I think it is reading someones previous pictures, whether this can be fixed or not I do not know. It happens in a conversation I had (where the pic was never used) I showed them a screenshot of the image and they said they never used it in U.C. before, and neither had I. So if this is a recurring problem it will need to be investigated by the higher ups. But basically I would just turn U.C. off if it's that bothersome (btw U.C. is User Customization)
I imagine there is some way to completely flush the User Customisations, which would probably work. The downside is that it'd mean everyone would have to redo theirs. :/
I tried to switch the UC off right when we got it back, and this was the result. I did eventually manage to switch it off, and I myself can't see the picture on my profile, while P can. Yeah, that doesn't seem fair at all...
I think this is a forum-wide glitch. It happened to Kubo, Ryan^, and I notice that when I talked to Slaughtermatic, our VM background is Ouran High School Club but it's not my picture and he says his is Zexion's book. To be honest, I've seen pictures I wouldn't think a person would use, but I've never asked them if this glitch is happening to them.
