I didn't "up on" (what?) your music. I simply said you listen to one genre and bands with very similar sounding songs. That's fine if you like it.

Perhaps not intentional, but you were implying racism. If she were especially easy to manipulate, she would take back anything you accused of being racist, or react strongly.

She didn't get that you were joking. But even if you hadn't been, she reacted predictably. I took it that you meant for her to react that way.
