Square-Enix What's the most difficult Boss that you have fought?

Lol. I have no idea how to modify it either. I just know it's possible. Modifying it voids the warranty though, so be careful if you ever decide to have someone do it for you. It probably was never realeased in America because the International version came out after the original (obivously) and the original was a hude success in America. They probably figured everyone who wanted the game and owned a ps2 had the game. Re-realeasing exactly the same game (with a few extra features) wouldn't have been worth it. Too bad that means that us Americans got shafted, but it was the best business decision for SE (squaresoft at the time).

Meh! That makes sense I guess but I do think it seems a bit harsh, lol note to self :do not attempt to modify Playstation. You can get some pretty damn good equipment etc from those etc fights esp from Timothy! Now he is a difficult boss as well actually unless you have really high accuracy and use Super Mighty Guard the one that gives auto-phoenix etc (I think thats what its called anyway!).

can't just pick one so:
every single FFVII boss after Hojo (haven't even got past him in my new file i really sucked at FF7)
Riku 4th battle in KH:COM (this may change due to lack of play and low LV)
Phantom in KH1 (haven't beaten him yet and i got the game around release)

 

To me, it's Sephy from KH1

 

Ruby and emerald took me forever to finally beat them both. Gosh the had too much health.

 

Well, here's my hardest battles:

Chaos: Defeated after twelve minutes with a team of Ninja, Master,W.Wizard,B.Wizard. W.Wizard died, Master got hit by Slow, B.Wizard used up every piece of energy, Ninja finally killed him with a 579 from the Masamune I gave him. Chaos healed once when he was at two hundred health.

Emperor: The Emporor of Palamecia and Hell(Pandemonium Castle)was nowhere NEAR as hard as Chaos, except when he used Starfall. That hurt. Gave Firion Blood Sword, Gave Leon two Rune Axes, Everyone else had lightning spears and Fire Axes I picked up from enemies. Firion killed emperor with a hit of a whopping 4590 from Blood sword, completely OBLITERATING the three hundred health left on Emperor.

Those were the only hard fights. All the other ones were easy, except for Astaroth and the Ultima Weapon from Soul of Rebirth.

 

Seeing what a pathetic FF player I am

I would have to say at this time (since I'm a noob-I admit it) it would be Seymour from FFX

 

So far, it's that Overdrive Sin from Final Fantasy X. I'm still stuck on that boss battle! Ugh, I can only whittle its HP to like 30,000 - 50,000, and then I'm toast. xD

 

Mine were...
1. Ozma in FF IX - this boss was tougher than the WEAPONS in FF VII. I waltzed through 9...and then decided to go get him...and just wow. If you didn't fight him, try it out.

2. Yiazmat - though I still didn't find him as hard as Ozma...just time consuming really. You just have to outfit yourself right and be prepared to sit there for an hour.

Most of the bosses I ever have a problem with are always those 'secret' bosses they load with tons of HP and you just have to relax, stock up and be patient.

Honorable mentions go to:
Sephiroth (KH1), the WEAPONS in FF VII and FF VIII (Omega WEAPON) and some DMC 3 bosses.

 

One of the weapons in FFVII can't remember the name :/

 

Dark Anima and Yojimbo from FFX europe version (I still have yet to beat them let alone say hello to Penance).

Oh and I can't forget how I can't beat Zodiark in FFXII either.

 

Bahamut in FFX-2. I would get so nervous but then I finally beat him. Yeah, I was loling at my cousin cuz she couldn't beat the Magnus Sisters, but that was because I was like a lv. 90 and she was 70? I'm still having problems with the monster thing (I forget it's name, but that machina!), it's way to hard.

 

^^; Everee, the dragon thing ontop the airship before you intercept yuna and seymores weading. I died SO MANY TIMES! I quit the game for like two months because of it.

I loled because it then becomes the weakest boss ever when you fight him a second time. XD A full restore and boom insta death!

 

I actually found Evrae to be quite easy, just make sure that you have both Rikku and someone else able to use Al Bhed potions, don't use elemental magic on it because it is weak against it. Darkness is your friend when it comes to that fight xD it is really easy to blind it xD

@Silent Nocturne I know the thing you mean the Experiment right? I think that's what you mean -_- that damn thing took me forever! But that was mainly due to the fact that I needed to get the blue blullet abilities for gun mage =/ ​

 

Elder Wyrm in XII, He was really hard for me then I put Esuna In my gamits then I beat him in like 5 minutes

 

um, i think lady yunalesca (3rd form) was difficult for me, i won the first time, but i was REALLY lucky..

 

KH2 - Sephiroth - Lvled to 99 just coz he was pissing me off with his annoying sword strokes
FFXII - Elder Wyrm - Also spen ages leveling coz he was oiling me up the fireballing me.


I heard Yiazmat is a bish to kill on FFXII too? like a 3 - 4 hour fight lol

 

Well considering I haven't played many SE games I would say the one that has bugged me the most would be Xigbar.
