Which KH Game has the best story?

I would have to go with CoM. I liked the story of it the best.
Then Kh1, then Kh2.
What are your opinions?

 

Well, they basically both have the exact same storyline, just gameplay is different and there are some updates in KH2.

Honestly though, I like KH1 best.

 

COM,it was pretty funny and yet sad.

 

My opinion about KH2 is that they're leading up to something big; stuff that will make more sense once BBS comes out.

I think CoM had the better storyline; it had plenty of twists that made me go 'Wha?' I love that.

 

Kh2 was my fav story line but I loved the KH1 gameplay.

 

My favorite storyline was that of KHI.
It was so well established, and even though you basically go around looking for Riku & Kairi I still loved it<3

 

I liked the gameplay of Kh1 too. It was really fun, and cool. :)

 

I liked KH2, and KH1. CoM was interesting, and it helped KH2 make sense, but... the game was so tedious it just made me feel kinda meh. KH1 was more mysterious, but the unexplained stuff at the end was rather obnoxious to me; KH2 explained more, IMO.

 

KH had the better story line because it was kinda more dramatic and in Kh2, it just revealed some things.
So I chose KH.

 

Post above me: what do you mean by, "they just revealed some things". Sorry, I don't get it, and it might just be me. No offense.

Anyway, I've played all three games and it's really hard to decide which one is the best. I can't say I didn't like any of the storylines. It's actually like a continued story. I do agree that they are different, though. Since in every story, other things are introduced etc.

I have to say that my least favorite story was Kingdom Hearts II, because, well.. it wasn't nearly as good as the other games in the series. Like I said, I don't actually dislike any of the storylines, but KH2 is in last place if I had to choose.

Second place is Kingdom Hearts 1, it was a really good story. It was a really good story to begin the series with. You get to know about Sora and his friends, stuff about the Heartless too. It's basicually like an introduction to the Kingdom Hearts series, and might I add that they did a great job!

First place is Chain of Memories. Boy, I really liked what they did with this one. I'm not too fond of the gameplay, though. But that's not really a part of the story, so it doesn't count. It was just awesome, the way Sora loses his memories going deeper into Castle Oblivion. Although it is revealed that it's done by Namine. I just loved what they did with the story, memory, that's what it's based on.
Love what they did with it.

 

The best story belongs to KH1. Then KH2 and last KH COM. Even though I like KH2 more as a game it doesn't have a story line that you can compare to KH1. But all of them has a terrific story line.

 

This actually belongs in the KH2 section, but regardless, I changed my answer. I have to go with Re:CoM. It revealed alot about memories, nobodies, the lost members of the Organization, and made yourself ask alot of questions.

 

Personally I thought KH II had the better story by FAR, it was a lot more detailed and really showed the friendship between the three from Destiny Island, it was more mature and less innocent then KH I, which was about really just Light Vs. Dark, rather then a ton of different problems and emotions being shown.

 

I think KH1 easily had the best storyline. Between the other two it's difficult to decide. I liked KH1 because it had a simple storyline, which is rare in video games. That's the reason I really like Crisis Core, too. Simple stories, if done well, are a lot stronger than complex ones. I feel like the complex ones are relying too much on the complexity to make the story interesting. KH2 had a much more interesting storyline, but KH1's was better. It's simple and clean.

 

I would say KH2... KH COM was good too, but my favorite is KH2

 

KH2!!! because you get to meet Roxas, nd i think the storyline is much better

 

I like KH1 first, CoM second (it was suspenseful! xD), and then KH2 third... the only part I liked in KH2 was the ending cut scene and Roxas' side of the story. KH1 I liked the WHOLE story line.

 

I Liked KH2's story more than other, but i have to admit, COM story is really nice

 

KH1 because it has the least confusing storyline xD
