Riku, no doubt about it. He grew like a couple of feet in one year and he is more mature too

 

I'd say Sora...in terms of growing the most...in kh2 hes as tall as Goofy now. Riku was already naturally tall, so I'd say he grew the least...

 

I think he also meant maturity wise.

I think Riku got more maturer too.

 

eh...Riku did all his maturing in CoM...because we never saw his character in kh2 there really wasnt so much of a "growth" for him...

 

I found he grew...

50% in COM
20% in KH2.

Yeah, Riku grew the most. First of all, his hair is waaaay longer (and hotter xD), secondly, he is a lot taller. And he is wiser. A lot wiser. So overall, Riku grew the most.

But I think Sora would have if he wasn't in that pod for a year. Just saying.

 

I'll have to say Sora.

 

I say Sora and Clpoud,Sora was wimpy in Kh1,he grew alot,Cloud went somewhat emo like in FF7,his outfit,also from Advent Children the movie.

Well it depends what you mean by that. If you mean in character such as maturity and strength then I would say Sora or Riku. If you mean size as in height I would also say Sora and Riku. If you're talking about conquering one's demons then I would say Cloud.

 

I gotta say Riku. Tho I still think he's a sad little emo-boy.

 

Riku cuz he grew taller. but sora's cooler! no wait, Sora's actually COOL!

 

I say Kairi- taller, longer hair, and deeper voice

 

Personally, I have to say Riku. He's way more mature and went through alot of struggle.
