In KH1 he's 14. In KH2 he's 15. A year passed between the games.

 

It has to be Roxas who is the winner.

Normal Roxas: Would be a tie most likely, but...

DW Roxas: Sora would have hard times

Organization Roxas: He would kick Sora's butt in no time.

 

If it were the older Sora vs Roxas it would be a stand off.

Roxas has 2 keyblades, but no magic. Also, Roxas can't use the power of light to transport his keyblades to his hand. Overall, Sora has the advantage, but I would want Roxas to win.
