Who would you want to appear in Super Smash Bros. Brawl?

Well, it is going around that there is going to be 1 or 2 more third party characters beside Solid Snake in Super Smash Bros. Brawl, and I'm curious who you all would like to see. No Poll cause I want to hear all opinions and responses.

The only rule for the third party characters is they have to have appeared on a Nintendo system at some point.

I heard a rumor (From DA) that apparently, A KH character is a *possible* inclusion, and if they were, it would obviously be Sora. I think this would be a great idea, as the art style would transition smoothly into Super Smash Bros. And being able to have a heartless as a possible item amuses me XD

Apparently the most called for Third Party Character is Sonic, which I think could definitly be likely, epecially since he has mostly appeared on nintendo systems since Sega went to other consoles. I think it would be cool if they did his character ala Ice Climbers and had Tails follow you around everywhere. (I'd enjoy killing Tails in SSBB as much as I did in Sonic 2 >D)

Another character I think would be a likely inclusion is Megaman, as he has pretty much always been on Nintendo, and he got his start there. I think he would incorporate well into the universe, and they could give him a wide array of attacks.

So, what are all your opinions? I'm curious as to who you all would like to see, and who you think will be in it. These are two seperate things remember. Also remember that the character has to have appeared on a Nintendo console at some point in their life.

Characters in the game who have stages, need the music to be redone by the person who originally made it, yes? So far we have composers from Kingdom Hearts, Actraiser (YAY!), Chrono Trigger, NiGHTS, GRANDIA, Golden Sun, killer7, Pikmin, and others. This means that stages will probably be set according to the series listed above, and most of these series have been on Nintendo, and thus will more than likely produce a character for them.
This would mean that God/The Master, Sora, NiGHTS, Captain Olimar, and the main characters from the others (as I haven't played them) are very likely candidates. Although I'm not sure if that means that all third party doors are closed. If so, then Sonic is very unlikely. If not, then it's still possible, though I'm doubting it.

Still, it raises a good deal of speculation, and that's from the composers page alone!

I wouldn't say they are very likely, the only 2 I would say are likely are perhaps Sora(due to KH being a big hit, who wouldn't want a big game star in another big game?) and Captain Olimar. just because we have composers who composed music for other games doesn't mean anything, last time i checked Composers don't get much say as to what goes on in the game.

Normally, that's true, music composers don't have much to do with what goes in a game.. But with SSB, the fact that they use a bunch of different composers from the games where they get their playable characters from, changes things very much...

Also, I think they may have forgotten someone, or maybe they purposely didn't mention it, but Nobuo Uematsu is supposed to have something to do with this game.. It may have been the main theme or something, but yeah.. Either way I'm curious to hear what he's written for SSBB, big fan of his music, ya know...

 

I would love it if Sora came on. Maybe someone from Tales of Symphonia!!! Like Lloyd, or Collet. That be sweet. Rikku should be on it too!

 

I think that L from the Death Note game should be in it.

 

Ayane would be awesome. Even if she has no connection to Nintendo at all...

Yeah, that's how I saw it.
After all, they would need the original composer to get the song done, right? I mean, it wouldn't make sense for another game company's composer to create music for a different company, or genre than what they're used to, right? So I'm thinking that if they have the composers, then they must have some need for music from that series, and a stage is most likely.

And where there's a stage, there's more than likely a character to go with it.

Seriously, though, if Actraiser's "God" or "Master" in the American version makes it into Brawl, I will die happily. Master>Sora, it's a fact. :3

Also, if Shadow gets into Brawl before Amy, then I will kill Sega and Sonic Team, seriously. Shadow does NOT deserve Brawl, just like he didn't deserve his own game. There had better be Sonic, Tails, Knux, Eggman, and Amy before I'll even accept Shadow as a character in Brawl. Simple as that.

I personally would NOT want to see Sonic in SSBB. Reasons? Sonic Battle was the supposed GBA 'SSBM Killer'. But it did poorly. Also, anyone else see cheapness for attacks?

I'm hoping for Zeldacos she isn't confirmed but for a 3rd party character I would love Aerith and Tifa they would up the fem count and have cool abilities.

Square has been having Nintendo license their games, square may want to see if they want to use Sora.

I don't really care if Sonic is in it... the only Sonic character i mind in an SSB game would be shadow.

I want Roy back in brawl though.
