Stupid and crazy are two separate things. Thankfully they're just crazy. Stupid would be a lot worse for all of us. They'd probably have wiped the Earth out if they were.

By your definition, you are incorrect. It would take thousands of warheads with an equal number of deployment systems to ensure the destruction of the entire human population. Do you honestly believe that North Korea has even fifty working warheads at any given time? Do honestly think that they have the resources to deliver said warheads? If they attacked anyone with a nuclear warhead, they'd be the only country gone the next day. Hell, the US probably has enough interception systems to take 0 damage from a full scale North Korean assault. Before you make such sweeping claims about the fate of the world, you should take some time to do some research and actually think about what you're saying.

I meant thanks to MAD, Mutually Assured Destruction. It's the principle of violence escalating violence but with nukes.

And as far as I know, no one is able to effectively defend against a nuclear warhead attack, propulsion or not, the radiation and EMP capabilities from it would at least do the job if not the explosion created.

But i haven't looked up nukes in years. May have developed something since then.

It may not have the weapon capabilities but it could become problematic if North Korea looked for support from other countries or groups with a grudge against the US. Not that I believe North Korea would launch an attack against the US, but who knows what will happen.
