BIC: When Dai finally woke, it was late in the evening. What the hell happened? She sat up quickly, her head spinning. "Megumi...." She seethed.

Megumi just laughed.

 

Panzela walked up to the estate and went in. "Sir, what can I do today?" she asked Hiwatari, coming into his study.

 

"Go see if Dai has woken yet. Last I saw, she still hadn't gotten her lazy a** out of bed." Hiwatari answered.

OOC: cake time! brb

 

Panzela winced at his cold words but bowed and went up to Dai's room. She knocked shortly. "Excuse me, Dai, are you awake?" she asked queitly, not opening the door.

OOC: yay cake! ^.^

 

Becky walked around.

OOC- what's happening?

 

OOC: it's the next day in the evening. megumi took a scroll from the museum

BIC: Panzela... Dai fixed her hair and clothes and opened the door. "What is it?" She tried to sound light hearted.

 

Panzela looked just past Dai, "Your father wanted to know if you were awake." she answered simply.

 

"Am I needed?" Dai said, trying to keep her voice steady. More like is Megumi needed....

 

"You'll have to ask your father." Panzela answered, "Are you coming down?"

 

"I'd rather not." Dai sat on her bed. "You're lucky, Panzela-chan.... you don't have to deal with this crap..."

 

Panzela stood, not sure what to say at first. "Yes, I am?" she finally said, uncomfortably, "Do you want me to leave then?"

 

"How is it? Having a normal life?" Dai said sullenly.

 

Panzela clasped her hands, taking it that she was to stay. "Well, you know, to tell the truth, I'm not the best..." she trailed off and shrugged, "It's just boring." she finally lied sadly.

 

"Boring..." Dai laughed a little. "I'd like to experience that feeling."

 

Panzela gave her a weak smile. "Yeah, it is nice, I guess."

 

"You can go if you want to." Dai said, looking at the sunset out her window.

 

Panzela nodded, "I know you probably feel like I betrayed you, but if you ever need to talk..." she turned to go out of the room.

 

"She did betray you. She's sided with your father and myself. You hate her, don't you? Why not just eliminate her?" Megumi taunted.

"Because I'm not an arrogant b*tch like you." Dai snapped back. "Leave me alone, Megumi." She noticed Panzela was still there. "Sorry 'bout that..."

 

Panzela turned around, startled at her outburst. Then she turned back around, "No problem." she continued walking down to Hiwatari's study.

 

Dai laid on her back. "You're the worst thing that could happen to anyone."

"Don't be so mean, Dai-sama. If you showed a little less reluctance, then it'd be fine." Megumi snickered.

"Not on your life." Dai stared at her ceiling.
