Will of Fire

Panzela finished the sketch and put it back in her bag. Kay, so, now we know where everything is. I should probably figure out how to take out a camera. Which is easy for me, just silence the alarms and cut the wire, but she can only cut a wire, she can't use the air. she thought for a moment and finally went down to the basement, carefully avoiding guards. Let's see where the camera's are.

 

"You're rather innocent for an Ayume? Can't you do anything?" Megumi gracefully landed.

"Take another move near her and, I swear, I'll-" Dai said.

"You'll what? You can't do anything." Megumi took a step towards Becky.

 

Panzela picked through boxes until she found one with replacement cameras in it. She put it in her bag and walked out of the room, still careful to avoid people. Soon she was in her house where she sat down at the table. She started opening the camera and taking notes on what parts would be easy to take out and turn off the camera. Simple as can be. I'll go give him my information now, I guess...

 

Becky held out her hand and her crystal staff appeared. "St-step back..." she said.

 

"Why?" Megumi said smoothly. "Afraid?"

Dai was having trouble staying conscious. "Megumi... stop....."

 

Becky gripped the staff a bit tighter and a light blue aura began to glow around her. She smirked. "No... of course not..." she said and made water come up under Megumi and splash her ankles. She froze it to make her unable to move, and then she ran at Megumi, transforming her staff into a black magic Katana before striking at her.

 

Megumi broke the ice with two feathers. She grabbed the katana. "Another weak Ayume."

 

Panzela left her house, meaning to deliver the information but she caught site of Megumi and Becky fighting. She walked over to them, as if mildly interested while thinking rapidly of what to do, "You seem to be having trouble." she piped up to stop them for a moment, "What's wrong?" Gods, why am I even asking? I could have hidden or run or something. Oh well, to late now. Maybe I can be of some use anyway.

 

Becky tried to pull the katana away. "That show how much you know...!" Becky shouted and used the katana to swing herself around and kick Megumi square in the face. "This is your family's White Wings... correct?" Becky asked Panzela.

 

Panzela blinked at her, "The family I work for." she corrected. "And sure, if you want to put it like that, she's the white wings." Oh Gods, what am I doing?

 

Megumi didn't even pay attention to the kick. "Was that supposed to hurt?" She mocked, flying upwards. Megumi suddenly held her stomach. "Dai-sama, stop it..."

"No!" Dai used all of her strength to suppress Megumi. She fell back to the ground on her hands and knees, panting.

 

"And it looks like she's having trouble. I suggest you go now." Panzela smiled at Becky, "Before she recovers and attacks you, I know you are strong but she has raw power. So, you know, just to be safe."

 

Dai's eyes changed to red. "Go Becky-chan.... I can't hold her back much longer..."

 

Panzela nodded, "Go quickly." she walked over to Dai and held her down to give Becky extra time, just incase Megumi broke free before she could get away.

 

Becky looked from Panzela to Megumi and nodded. "Okay... please be careful..." she said and ran off.

 

Panzela watched Becky run off and waited until she was sure she would be far enough away before letting go. "Okay, I have some information to deliver, would you like to come with me? You will have to know it soon enought anyway."

 

Dai's eyes changed back to blue and she felt lightheaded, but she nodded. "Get it over with..."

 

Becky didn't know what to do so she just stopped running. What am I running for...? I can take her! I didn't need Panzela's help... especially since she's of the same family... I'm so stupid! she thought and ran back towards Megumi, Dai, and Panzela.

 

"She's coming back for more. Interesting." Megumi laughed.

Dai held her stomach, feeling pain rise. "I can't-"

Megumi broke free. "She's always so resistant." She brushed off her shoulder.

 

Panzela rolled her eyes, "What are you doing?" she asked Becky, annoyed that she was being so persistant. "No, let me guess you want to fight her?"
