Support Windows Movie Maker Issue

So when Windows gadgets don't load, like today, this also has problems. The two are somehow connected.

 

Okay, so I had to restart this a little while ago because Windows gadgets failed to load today (you know, I would keep restarting my computer over and over until they loaded, but it'd just get boring). The two issues are definitely somehow connected.

It's not really an issue, though, to be honest. Restarting WMM is not a problem. The only thing I don't understand when this happens is when I right-click and choose something, such as Start Task Manager, the option stays stuck on the screen. A temporary fix to change the resolution to something and then change it back to what you had, but as soon as you right-click and choose something again, it happens again. A permanent fix is to restart the computer.
