is that only for admin? or do the mods get that as well

I wouldn't really care that much if they did want me to be a part of staff. I wouldn't be very good at it, not much patience (especially when pages are loading SLOWLY), but I would still make the best of it and have fun.... at least as much fun as you can possibly get from being staff. The idea of getting a bunch of PM all the time doesn't sound all that great, kind of depending on the contents of the PM which they probably wouldn't share. Plus I doubt they would pick me since I'm still considered new here, but if for some strange and random reason they did want me to be staff I probably wouldn't care that much. :lol:

 

Honestly there's not really all that pressure lol, but maybe that's because I don't do anything. The only real bad thing about it is when you just really want someone off the boards and it'd be so easy to make up some sort of bogus excuse and ban them but you can't.

That and having to you know, moderate and all.

 

I was wondering which staffie was going to be the first to say that.

Anyways, I've kinda given up on it. I'm pretty sure I've been passed up at least 2 or 3 times already. Plus, I know that during the school year, I'd make a horrible staffie because I'd never have time to log on for more than an hour every day. Summer, however, is a completely different story... Oh well.

Being a mod or S. Mod would be cool, but I think I'd be too scared to be an admin, seeing as how they're the ones who get yelled at the most. Especially female admins, for some reason.​

Oh yeah, and I forgot to mention that staffies have four groups of people to deal with: the friends, the suck-ups, the haters, and those who really don't care.​

 

Not really lol, I just separate it into: normal people, idiots, and awesome people.

Neither group is hard to be in.

 

I've handed in 2 applications for staff.

The first one got lost in the depths of DA's inbox. And by the second one, I just...well that was when I started getting bored with the site 2 years ago.

I don't really care about being staff or not don't know if I'd say yes if staff would ask me. Probably would. Dunno.

I've modded a few sites in the past year (And I managed not to pull a Xaldin too :lolface:).
If the opportunity comes I might take up the offer, depending on my current circumstances.

 

I was a staff once before on another site, it lasted a while. then they decided to retire me..

then they banned me.. I don't know why that is though.. I never did anything wrong..

so I honestly wouldn't care..
