Why did Riku jump off the building in Deep Dive? I mean come on...

 

Because he is an emo..

 

Because otherwise the title wouldn't make sense. Deep Dive :p

Jokes aside, he had to get down from the building if he was to fight Roxas...+it looked cooler:p

Because he had no weapon and Roxas passed him oblivion and he had to catch it and do that whole pass Roxas as he went up the building to psych him out before the fight actually starts

or

he just had to be all dramatic about everything

 

What about his keyblade.

 

Maybe he wanted to comit suicide and kill Roxas in the process, but failed at both of those things I geuss. =/

 

he only had soul eater at that point
and it is weak compared to the keyblade
