X-men: Hold fast

Jake used his speed to launch himself away from his predicament and over to Deadpool. "Don't just stand there, get her."

 

Deadpool sighed "alright fine fine" Deadpool said as he began to walk to Jasmine "say I wonder why you guys are called X-men I mean your a girl aren't you. shouldn't it be x-men and x-women?" Deadpool said to Jasmine as he walked up to her

 

"L-leave me alone," Jasmine shrunk away from Deadpool. Her eyes were now looking back and forth between Logan and Deadpool; Logan, of course, was the more pleasant sight of the two.

 

Deadpool continued to walk to her "I mean talk about sexism why not just call it X-people. I mean sure it may not sound as good as x-men but at least your not implying that everybody in your team is male" Deadpool said as he continued to talk

 

Jasmine held up her hand in front of herself as a meek form of protection, but ended up pushing Deadpool back down the hall to Jake. Afraid she'd do something worse on accident, she drew her hands close to her chest.

 

All of a sudden Deadpool teleported right infront of Jasmine "you know thats just rude I come and talk about the name of your group and then you just use your powers and knock me away" Deadpaool said

 

Jasmine bit her lip, tears stung her eyes. This one was different than the others, stronger. She didn't know what to do; it was impossible to think clearly when she was so scared.

 

Logan couldn't bear wasting anymore time. He grabbed Jasmine, and picked her up. "Stay calm." he ordered, his teeth gritted. "Please, only do as I say, and everything will be fine. I promise." He looked towards, Wolfe, barking orders at her. "Don't kill him." he ordered, shaking his head slightly. This is one messed up girl.. Turning to rogue, her swiftly nodded his head twords the opposite direction of where deadpool and Jake were, signalling for her to run.

Wolfe looked up at the sound of Logans voice. His orders went against what she felt was right - or what she was told was right - and caused yet more conflict with her concience.
Don't listen to that fool. Ignore him. She stepped back, towards where she was ordered to go, swallowing. Why are you listening to him? He doesn't know you like I do.
Shut up. Just... Shut up.

"What is she thinking..?" Logan muttered, looking at Jasmine.

Jasmine tensed in Logan's hold. Confused as she was, Wolfe's thoughts were loud and crystal-clear, as were Logan's. For the moment, she pushed Jake's earlier words to the back of her mind. She repeated Wolfe's internal conflict aloud to Logan, though her voice was soft.

 

Deadpool sighed "say if you guys can pay more then my current employer then I will work for you guys" Deadpool said

 

OOC: Oh holy pineapples, can I have a recap, please? D8 I know recapping is annoying as hell, but I'm simultaneously doing homework and don't have time to read over what I missed this weekend. :sweatdrop:

Okay, so Jake and his buddies came into the academy and they were all like, "Rawr! We ish here to kidnapz da girl!" And then Logan was like, "No wayz dudez!" And Deadpool is having a blast just being himself. XD So Jake got angry ('cause that's what teenage boys do) and held Jasmine hostage. And Logan (being awesome as usual) told Jasmine (with his thought-tastic thoughts) that she should bend the knife that Jake was holding. Jasmine went a bit overboard and shattered it (hellz yeah!). Then Jake threw a mini-temper tantrum and told Deadpool to take care of things, but Deadpool proposed a bargin instead - if the X-Men pay him more than the Rebellion, he'll change sides. Logan had scooped up Jasmine like a macho-man and is keeping a close eye on Wolfe. Wolfe is having major internal conflicts, "broadcasting" her thoughts loud enough for Jasmine to hear. Logan asked Jasmine what Wolfe was thinking, and (like the good girl she is) Jasmine relayed Wolfe's thoughts.

*pant pant* That was.... AWESOME! XD

Jake clenched his teeth, and then got an idea. He began an inane babble of thoughts streaming through his head as loud as he could. He kept most of the focus of the babble on the stupidity of the academy and the ones in charge of it. He met Jasmine's eyes and held them.

OOC: my recaps are cool too... T^T

 

At first, Jake's thoughts were not a bother to Jasmine, but the longer he kept it up and the louder the thoughts became, they turned to a pain in Jasmine's head. She squirmed in Logan's hold, wanting to get away from Jake, hoping that the distance would stop the noise and the pain. She put a hand on her head; Jake and Wolfe's thoughts were too much.

Deadpool crossed his arms "so do we have a deal. Can you pay more than them?" Deadpool said

 

OOC: sparkey told me that technical difficulties have arisen. ^^' don't worry, we'll figure it out eventually.
