X-men: Hold fast

(OOC: okay. I've counted. This is my seventh f*cking attempt at this, and if it don't work, I shall scream and launch my latop out of the nearest damn window, mmkay?)

Logan pulled Jasmine closer, his lips inches from her ear. His breaths were ragged with the tension that hung around him, his eyes still looking up at deadpool and his companion. "Run, kid...Run as fast as you can down the corridor." he rasped, loosening his grip on her arms.

Wolfe looked at Jake, her eyes narrowing as another growl escaped her gritted teeth.
The girl is running. Kill that damn man now. Another protesting snarl escaped, her fingers itching at the thought of actually tearing into this guy.
She glanced at Logan, her eyes wide. "I..am going to kill him if he touches her." she growled in a low tone.

Logan swallowed, letting his three slim claws slide from each of his hands. His eyes were set on deadpool, although he was listening to what the girl beside him was saying.
"Just a question..." he answered in a rushed, impatient tone. "Are you completely insane, or just partial?"

Wolfe's eyes narrowed. "That is personal, and I don't have to answer that." she replied to his rather rude statement. What an obscure man; he was so full of pride, yet he radiated this rude personality in such a flamboyant fashion, he was almost like a teenager.

EDIT: It worked! thank the lord. I was serious about the whole window thing, too. ^^; Okay, so I'm not gonna be here until friday, taking a little break on a mini-holiday thing. I'll see y'all then, I suppose.

ooc-sorry i totaly forgot i joined this rp,how should i come in and whats been happening?

 

OOC: Logan, and Wolfe are fighting the bad guys, aka the Resistance, while Rogue and Eva and I think Jasmine are running. Storm is somewhere.....you can come in either running with us or fighting with them.

BIC: Eva struggled. "I have to go back! I can'tjust leave Jasmine!" she said, looking over her shoulder.

Rogue held onto the girl. "She's with Logan, she'll be fine." Though not as fine if she or Bobby were there....Inwardly she sighed.

 

"of course Im insane" Deadpool said happily and he disappeared and reappeared beside Logan and put his arm on Logan's shoulder and leaned on it "so ready to fight Logan? or are you going to accept my offer" Deadpool said

 

Eva struggled. "Please!" she said, her eyes large and pleading. "I have to fight! I can't run away!"

Rogue hesitated. She didn't know whether to bring the girl to safety or go back with her and fight. "Eva......." she held onto the girl's arm, thinking. Logan would need help, and Jasmine...and Eva seemed ot have forged some kind of bond with both Wolfe and Jasmine.

 

OOC: our comp is a little screwed up right now, so i'll be posting for my brother for a bit. ^^'

BIC: Through the persistant blabber that was Jake's thoughts, Jasmine heard Logan. She didn't protest against his idea, it was what she wanted to do. But would she be able to get away from someone who moved faster than light?

Jake ignored what was going on around him. He was fast enough to get out of the way if some idiot tried to attack him. He kept his eyes locked with Jasmine's, and his thoughts running steady.

Heart racing, Jasmine looked up at Logan. "I'm sorry." She murmured and then ran as fast as she could away from the people, the noise, the thoughts, the fear, the hatred.

 

Eva took the moment to break away, running back toward Jasmine as fast as she could. Smashing a window along the way, she lifted the glass pieces into the air and ran with them circling her.

 

Jake sped after Jasmine. He had her pinned against a wall by her wrists in a second. "Now, you see, that wasn't the brightest idea. Listen, princess, I don't want things to go over roughly between us. Just work with me."

 

Deadpool looked at Eva and then saw the glass surounding her "so whats your superhero name. Wait wait let me guess.......hmmm lets see how about...........glass girl or maybe......wonder glass...............or maybe the glassinator" Deadpool said as he crossed his arms and started to think of names

 

Eva stared at him. "Super name?" she shuddered. "I'm not super anything." Who the hell was this? she flicked her wrist, sending one piece toward him faster then the eye could follow.

 

Taking out his gun he shot the peice of glass "oh come on arent you a super hero? you should have a super hero name" Deadpool said

 

Eva crossed her arms over her chest. "Oh yeah? Cuz you're just so qualified to give me one, aren't you? Considering YOUR name." she rolled her eyes. "Puullleeeeease."

 

"oh come on Deadpool is a REALLY cool name" Deadpool said also crossing his arms

 

Eva tilted her head, then feinted left, running under his arm, she hoped, and toward Jasmine. She needed help.

 

"alright fine be that way glassinator" Deadpool said jumping straight at her with his katana

 

She ducked, throwing some glass towards his face, to distract him. Almost giggling at the weird name, she rolled to her feet on the other side of him.

 

Deadpool did a back flip and then jumped straight at her "too slow" Deadpool said having fun

 

She dodged to the side, calling more glass to her. This would be difficult.

 

Jasmine struggled against Jake's hold, but then was still. "If... if I go with you, will you promise not to hurt anyone here?"

 

"Sure thing, doll," Jake agreed. Was he going to keep that promise? Probably not.
