Background (doesn't have to be huge): When his powers started to develope, he did some research and discovered Xaiver's school. He's been at the school for four years. During that time, he grew hateful of the humans that had driven him and his fellow classmates into hiding. Ignoring the warning from Storm, Wolverine, and the others, he left the school with some of his friends. He founded the Rebellion.

Background: A drop-out from Xavier’s academy. She has some kind of personal vendetta against the school, and thus joined the Rebellion.

Oh, and because timexhasxgone is offline, can someone take Logan for now?

Okay. So do we want to wait, or just have someone do Logan instead for now?

 

That would be confusing if people were taking over characters temporarily. I vote we wait.

OOC: Okay, since my brother can't stay, I'm going to do his post for him. ^^ Here we go! (I'm not going to use colors for this post - to save time.)

BIC: The trees were quiet. Birds had hidden in their nests and squirrels had scampered into their trees. The forest was not safe. A young man paced back and forth near the trunk of a large tree. His eyes stared at the ground, fists clenched at his side. He was a mutant; and a very angry one at that. Suddenly, he stopped his pacing and his fist hit the tree at lightening speed. Cursing, he drew back his coiled hand.
"They've got her," Jake growled, flexing his hand. "They're going to fill her head with all the garbage they taught us. If we're going to stand any chance of getting her on our side, we've got to do it quickly. I doubt she'll come welcomely after that mishap at her house. Someone, think up a reason for that that she'll believe. I know we're all strong, but this girl can help us tremendously. I bet she doesn't even know the extent of what she's capable of."

"Logan," Storm began as soon as he was seated next to her. "Once that girl wakes up, we've got to find out what's so special about her." Before Logan could interrupt, Storm continued, "She was obviously not the only one who caused all that damage. We both saw someone leaving as we arrived. You found her cowering in her bathroom, Logan. This girl can't be just another mutant."

"You think I haven't thought of that? I saw what she can do," Logan responded, attempting to remain calm. "She's a telepath. My guess is that she doesn't fully know what she can do, and she can't control it."

"What are you getting at?" Storm questioned. "If you're saying that someone would want to use her for something, a bit more detailed explination would be greatly appreciated."

"I don't have anything else," Logan grumbled.

Jasmine's eyes fluttered open and took in her surroundings. Everything was a shiny, metallic gray, but it wasn't cold or dark. She was nervous, didn't remember ever coming to wherever she was now. She tried to get out of the chair she was in, but found a seatbelt fastened tightly under the blanket that was draped over her. The last thing she did remember was a group of people who could do strange things try to take her from her house. They'd told her that they wanted to help her, that she was more than she knew, and that there were others who would tell her lies. Heart pounding, Jasmine shut her eyes tightly and tried to remember what else had happened.

"We'll just have to ask her then," Storm decided, her tone ending the conversation. To her surprise the dashboard lights started to flash, the switched flipped themselves, and the button were being pushed by something unseen. The jet took a sharp left turn, jolting it's passengers.

"Storm?" Logan shouted over the loud beeping of the emergency alarm.

"It's not me!" She yelled back. The two looked first at each other, eyes meeting, and then looked back at the girl. Both could plainly see that she was the cause. "Go!" Storm told Logan as her eyes faded to white. The clouds outside turned a dark gray, nearly black, and a strong wind pushed on all sides of the jet, forcing it to stay relatively still.

 

Eva had just been listening to music, when the alarms went off. She sat up straight, puling her headphones off and listening.

 

The alarms ringing in her ears, Nora's thoughts were preoccupied with two things: 1) trying not to throw up thanks to the jet being bumped around, and 2) resisting the urge to jump out of the jet. She hated planes or anything of the sort, and because of this she was almost oblivious to what the others were doing.

 

Eva looked over at the other girl. "It'll be okay." she assured her. "Storm is a good pilot."

 

Nora looked over at Eva and gave a nod. "Yeah..." she managed to say, but was afraid of what her stomach would do if she kept her mouth open for much longer.

 

Eva smiled, then looked out the window, furrowing her eyebrows.

 

Nora swallowed a big gulp of air, and felt her stomach settling a bit as Storm steadied the jet. She looked back at the new girl, Jasmine. Nora felt a bit helpless. If she's doing this without even knowing it, what is she really capable of?

 

Eva saw the other girl look back. "I don't know about her..." she murmured, not entirely wanting anyone else to hear.

 

"Hmm. Things definitely will be getting interesting," Nora replied, with a hint of both humour and fear.

 

Eva looked up, smiling. "It definetly will be." She unbuckled her seatbelt, going to retrieve her music system.
