The dude's like the Ra's al Ghul of Kingdom Hearts.

So obviously my favorite villain followed by Vanitas until we get a Joker equivalent...

 

Maleficent.

 

But she's not as fun as the Joker. Besides the Joker basically is having fun. Maleficent wants to rule over all worlds.

 

Just about what I was going to say. Maleficent has a plan. The Joker doesn't.

I think Vanitas is as close to the Joker as Kingdom Hearts gets.

So does Axel.

 

And so did Vexen, or are you going to tell me he seriously looks like that when he's probably older than that face shows. And I'm betting Marluxia and Zexion were hiding something as well.
But Vanitus probably had to be the closest to Joker as we've gotten in Kingdom Hearts. Although, Xigbar has the right attitude; put him in make-up and I think we've got our scary Joker
