A substance taken for its narcotic or stimulant effects, often illegally - a drug addict - mass adoration is a highly addictive drug Two of these definitions apply to both Ibuprofen and cough syrup, and the third one only says that they are often used illegally. If you are this ignorant regarding the definition of a drug, then I have to question your claim that they are bad for you. You assumed that a drug was an illegal substance. Did you also assume that a ban on something means that it is automatically bad for the individual? Please think more about why you are saying what you are saying before you bother.
