How good is Little King' s Story exactly ? Keeping in mind I' d give Crystal Chronicles a meh and Rings of Fate a double meh. I thought Crystal Bearers was good, but not awesome. If memory serves the critics weren' t exactly dithyrambic about Lil King.

Also, is the Lil King thing in the virtual shop the full game, or just an add on ?

You're thinking of My Life as a King
Little King's Story is a Pikmin style fantasy exploration action comedy city building dating sim made by the now defunct Cing. It's... such a good game
    And nobody played it
I saw it in the bargain bin for 8 bucks the other day :(

I had a bad experience with pc, first things, pcs aren't "kid friendly", most of games I've bought (when I was little) had at least 2 problems with them.. some were more traumatic.. I remember when I bought Black & White 2 .. first I discovered my pc didn't had the power to run it (don't recall what exactly) i think I had an windows 98 or maybe a windows ME, years latter I bought another PC, that time I've discovered my PC had a TOO powerfull OS to handle the game =| I've tried to run as "win 98" , as administrator, etc... never worked.
I Had other problems with pc(but this problem with B/W 2 was by far the worst) , for instance when I bought Diablo II Lord of Destruction the seller told me "You need the previous one to play it" , I thought he meant it Diablo I, not Diablo II, that I was under the impression to be buying, after some time I got Diablo II and got to play, yet to this day I've never played Black & white 2, a game that was sold here over 70$ dollars (yeah Brazil always have the worst prices ;( ).
In the other hand, I've always had positive experiences in console gaming, being able to conect to your TV and playing it in a sofa with friends is one of the most entrantaining stuff I did as Kid, and it is until this day a priceless social experience, it fells better to play at your tv as a "gaming center", than in a pc where I found myself "imprison" to a desk with little space for friends (though I've played Pokemon Red at no$gba with two players in one keyboard.. but there is not much space, I feel constritced.
I've never bought a game advertised to my console that wouldn't work, but I rarely bought a pc game with no issue, sure I mostly don't game in pc anymore and I am over with making pcs that cost me 1000 dollars (it is more expensive in here) so that I still had to change things, and never run things in optimal, playing console I know I'll get what it was developed for, and that is fine.
Maybe If I did make a Pc today I would succeded were I've failled in the past, but I can't afford two "gaming machines", and most people in here can't also (as our minimum wage is like 400$ dollars), so I stick with consoles, even though I recongnize that those with privilage probably have better versions of the games in insanely expensive Pcs that is just too much for me to give.

Just about anything but RPG's at the moment, since they usually take way too long, and if I'm not focusing on a game as long as most RPG's, I lose my place easily ._.

I chalk up most of the problems you've stated with PC gaming as failure to competently read provided instructions...except I guess not having enough power, which I've barely ever read cases about. Every PC game (besides I guess indie titles) comes with system requirements, including Operating System.

The amount of misinformation and baseless assumptions in this thread is actually revolting.

    Also, no mention of mods.

Understandable on the RPG thing- you've been busy. Hm... I want to recommend Pandora's Tower, but it'll give you a bad impression of the Wii when it should give you a bad impression of XSEED.

Here's some cheap titles I adore:

MadWorld (durrrrr LET'S SEE WHO THE CRAZIEST IS)
    House of the Dead: Overkill
A Boy and His Blob (it's time you and WayForward got acquainted...)
    Punch-Out!!
Dead Rising: Chop Till You Drop
    Super Paper Mario
    Sin and Punishment: Star Successor

That'll hold ya! And if you get the time for an RPG DON'T BE AFRAID TO ASK. THERE'S A LOT ON THE WII . A LOT . Same with Gamecube games if your Wii has GC support. I purposely left those out.
