You know what they should have done for 10 year anniversary?

They should have made a remake of Kingdom Hearts with all graphics rendered in their Visual Works engine. It would have been beautiful, expensive, and require one or two extra PS3 systems connected to the main one in a cluster.

If they had done this, I would have sold everything I own and some things that I don't own for it.

I would just be happy if they exported their FMs and combine them in an HD KH collection.

by visual works engine do you mean like an equivalent of FFXIII? I would not want that at all. It would seem extremely silly to look at these hyper realistic people interact with a vast majority of Disney characters.

Not at all. I mean the engine they use for the openings and some other parts. Like this:

Imagine a whole game with models like that. All rendered in real time.

 

Because the consumers have more time to wait around for another product, so they spend that time coming up with amazing things for the producer to do, but the producer doesn't think of it, becase he/she is busy with other things. lol, When I first read the Inkheart Series, I waited so long for Inkdeath to come out, that by the time I got my hands on the copy, I had completely envisioned the story of what it should be in my head. Needless to say, I was severely disappointed with the book, because what I had envisioned was so much cooler than what the author had written. Because I had more time to wait around for it while she was busy with other things.

 

It still would have looked silly to be honest. I liked the cartoony look the whole series has established. (Well, more cartoony looking compared to SE's other titles in the new millennium)

 

Mickey looks good in it, as well as Donald and Goofy.

 

I'd just settle for them to use the models in the nicer cutscenes(where their mouths move correctly), I'd buy and replay that game sooo many times. I agree with the sentiment that an entire game with the first cutscene animation would be too much, I don't think my body is ready for that level of graphic Disney characters(gawd the Chernabog battle in that animation....It would break a lesser man's jaw).

Actually I'd just buy KH2 again if they fixed Scar's halfassed mouth and cast Jeremy Irons, oooooh now I'm sad that it won't happen. ;__;
