Kingdom Hearts II Younger or older Riku?

older because he could see without the blindfold and he still has the dark mode until ansem machine blows up. remember he transforms into xh

Older. He was wiser, and not that corrupted by darkness, so he wasnt that creepy.

That's true. He has way more "badass" scenes in KH 2, but he also has way more emo scenes like "Oh I'm so sad I cant go back to the island cause I betrayed everyone by using the darkness" "Oh I belong in the world of darkness cause my life sucks boo hoo" Thats why I liked younger Riku better. He just accepted the darkness and dealt with it. Then he got all mature and started whining.

id say older as he looks soo cool in the outfit with the new hairstyle.. plus a keyblade and awesome style of combat in the last mission (w/sora versus xemnas).. Riku and Roxas Rawks..!!!

 

I liked younger Riku's face, but Older Riku's everything else. The only thing that ruined Older Riku for me was the noises he makes while he's fighting as your partner... those were so weird and didn't sound like him at all to me. 0_0

I like the older Riku more. And, I kinda want to steal his clothes. Or maybe I could just ask him where he gets his clothes, even though I wouldn't have any luck with doing that. Heh... They're just really cool looking and yellowy! XD

But, yeah. I like the older Riku. He was awesome for alot of different reasons.

 

Well I like both but I like Older Riku even more x3 he's just that awsome.

 

The younger Riku. The older Riku went through too much physical changes for one year to look credible. Especially compared to Sora.

 

Older riku is better but I like both of them.

Based upon the actions/personality of the two, I'd certainly prefer the younger one. The scene where he holds off Ansem to let Kairi, Donald, and Goofy escape is amazing, as well as the one where he closes himself behind in the door. Older Riku is "waahhh bwahh everything is my fault." Design-wise, I like the older Riku better. The purpose of those things popping off young Riku's pants eludes me everytime, except maybe allowing him to look like MC Hammer.

 

Older:
A more realistically proportioned character design -lost the big feet, grew into his muscles
Sexier - esp. how awesome was his Org. cloak and the blindfold? HOT.
Ally vs. enemy - you get an awesome limit break with him
Personality - although I like his younger personality in Re:com when he first accepts the darkness as a part of who he is, I'm really drawn to the mature, experienced, and loyal friend he becomes in the second game. I mean, yes...he is full of regret and voices it a number of times, but to be fair, he was a huge jerk in the first game. I understand why he would feel this way.
