Your deepest obsession?

My deepest obsession... Photography... I love taking and looking at photos =]

Something I care about the most: Family, and friends, and any loved one, they get hurt... You have no face, yay ^^

Cared about posession: A plate my grandmother gave me before she died, it has a little girl with three labradour puppies cuddled around her. It sits in my bedroom window and I go insane if people go even near it. XD

 

My deepest obsession would have to be what I can have or do, or things that take me away from the 'real world.' Such as anime, books, superhero-like lives, a peaceful world, fame, etc. I'm always going after anything that makes me forget where and who I really am.

 

Wow, that is an awesome thing to say and i liked the way you said it....:D Right now i am kind of obsessed with the social networks and structure of my school, it is wierd....

Oh yeah, and freedom.

 

Probably tea. I drink tea profusely, and it's not just because I'm english. I probably drink about 9-10 cups per day minimum, along with a cup or two of coffee. I just have this thing for caffiene and hot drinks. I think I've probably drank at least one cup of tea every day for this entire year so far.

And probably music. I don't think I could last through the entire day without listening to some of my favorite songs, it would drive me mad. Plus I live in a house where my entire family likes R&B and mainstream shit. And they play it all the time, so my music is pretty much always on to drown it out.

I have obsession 'phases' that change periodically. Started with Kingdom Hearts, then .hack, then Higurashi, then Gundam, then Phoenix Wright, etc. etc. .

But as for my deepest obsession? Dogs. Obsessed with 'em since kindergarten. Or more likely, as long as I've known what a dog is.

 

I bite my nails way too much. I guess you could call that an obsession because I've done it since I was about the age of 5. I need to quit because I even think its disgusting.

 

my deepest obsession toward another human being is my boyfriend, of course, and my deepest obsession toward an object or subject would have to be Lord of the Rings... inspiration for all my own novels and stuff so its gotta be there!

I don't really think I have an obsession. There are **** loads of things I love and adore, but none that I wouldn't be able to live without.

Other than music, I would go crazy without that.

 

I'm obsessed with Fearless if that counts.

 

I'm really obsessed with computers. I love reporting, editing videos, and working with websites.
My family is something that I'm crazy about.
I just truly care for my family. I'm a total family guy. I really care for them and my best friend.

Obsessions.

Well, Discussion forum frequenters, do any of you have certain obsessions over something? An obsession is simply a psychological need or urge of something, be it anything from a certain food item to something such as television.

I, myself, have a very odd obsession of webcomics. Though I won't go too much into detail over that, you can notice my obsession with my signature and Lackadaisy avatar.

I wouldn't exactly call this an obsession, but more nitpicking: I enjoy correcting grammatical mistakes where needed. Most of the time.

Anyhow, do you have any obsessions of some sort?

 

I think I have an obsession with a certain person...​

 

Escaping my life. Not that my life is bad (especially right now, it's really good), but it's just so boring most of the time. So I play games, read books, etc, to transport me to somewhere outside my life. I also, over the past 5-10 years, have thought up a pretty intricate storyline of my own, to mess with in my spare time.

 

I have an obsession with thinking. I think way too much. And I always take things too seriously.
It's scary, really.

 

I have a few obsessions, but none of them are anything big.

One thing I've been obsessed with my whole life though, is freedom to go wherever. For as long as I can remember, I've wanted to just leave and never come back. It's dangerous, really. I still get the urges on a regular basis.

I guess you could say I'm a thrill seeker born into the wrong environment. B/
