    Sulley from Monsters Inc. is my fave. He kind of reminds me of my dad: can be scary when he has to be, but is really this 6 foot tall softie.

    Dory's definitely a second fave, if only for the lulz.

    Woody and Buzz from Toy Story. Those two are too epic for words. Then there's Flick from A Bug's Life, who is just so lovable, the adorable Wall-E, and Violet from the Incredibles because she was interesting.

    I can't really choose a single one to say "They're my favourite.". They're all so brilliant in their own ways. D:

    Ermm, I guess I'll have to go with Sully. I've loved him since the film was released, I've had t-shirts, toys and other merchandise of him and the only other character I've ever really done that with is Near from Death Note and I fangirl him to a rather pathetically sad level.
