I was going to make it end like this:

Xed looked over at Roxas.
"Hey, do you know why I came back?" Roxas smiled and took her hand.
"Cause' you missed us?" he guessed. Xed giggled softly.
"Well yes, but there's another reason."
"What's that?"
"Well, there's this big event called a LunaSol Switch that happens like every nine years or so, and I wanted to see it with you."

Roxas' face instantly paled.

"Roxas?" Xed said, looking at Roxas with concern. "Are you ok?" Roxas looked over at her and nodded quickly.
"Yeah, I'm fine." he lied, smiling. Xed smiled and put a kiss on his cheek.
"Who knows? Something special might happen."

Who knows? Roxas thought to himself.

That was the alternate ending :) I would've added it, but i didn't want to give the impression that this was going to be a tri-qual. :D
