    This is the OOC/Discussion thread for the RP, Final Fantasy XIII: Slaves of Fate.



    This is going to function similar to the Datalog in the game, with separate sections for characters (OC Forms), locations, terms, events (for recaps and the such), etc. Each section is going to be in a spoiler and will have more spoilers for individual entries. I'll update them constantly when I have to. For most things, like locations, monsters, and terms, I'll simply write what the actual in-game Datalog says and put a link to the its wiki page (I'll only include things we use in the RP and put them here once we we encounter them. Other stuff, I'll write myself. If there's something you want to include or even write yourself, just type it and post it here :]. So as not to spam either thread, if I update it but have nothing else to say, I'll simply include "OOC: Datalog Updated" at the end of an RP post. Also, don't forget this is the Discussion section so you can ask questions and talk about the RP here, too, as well.
    Rules
    1. Obvious rules: No godmodding, powerplaying, read KHV's rules, no fighting except in character, proper grammar and spelling, READ ALL THE RULES, etc.
    2. Basic knowledge of the game is required or you're going to be extremely confused. If you've played the game, in your first post tell me the name of Hope's mother.
    3. Romance should be kept pg-13, but feel free to build some sweet love~ Nothing provocative and no cybering. Get a room for that.
    4. No characters from the original game can be controlled, minus Snow and Lightning. Vanille and Fang are still frozen (besides, they need a break, don't you think?) Sazh and Hope probably lived their lives to the fullest. And Serah? Well, wherever she is, you can't control her.
    5. You can't control any fal'Cie, of course.
    6. No magic, unless you're a l'Cie.
    7. Snow and Lightning's apprentices will eventually turn into l'Cie. You can have either an Eidolon from the game (Brynhildr, Bahamut, Alexander, or Hecatoncheir) or you can create your own. Keep in mind they have to have a Gestalt mode.
    8. You can be someone who does not turn into a l'Cie with everyone, becomes one later from a different fal'Cie, can become a Crystal l'Cie later on, or is just part of the group without being a l'Cie.
    9. If you want to reserve an Eidolon so you can have it once you become a l'Cie, simply tell me whenever.
    10. I can and probably will break my rules for plot purposes. In some cases, I'll let you do the same.
    11. I can add any rules at any time, but I'll let you know when I do.
    12. If you keep causing problems, you will be kicked out, sorry.
    13. If you read everything, including the rules, tell me in your post who the Crystal l'Cie look like.

    After The Orphan Incident
    It's been several months since Cocoon fell from the sky, only to be saved by a mysterious crystal tower. Of course, we know the tower was made from Oerba Dia Vanille and Oerba Yun Fang completing their Focus as Ragnarok. We also know why Cocoon fell from the sky and the truth behind the "evil Pulse l'Cie" who supposedly attacked Cocoon. But the citizens of Cocoon didn't know this. However, they were soon filled in. It took awhile for the shock to settle, but the people were outraged. Primarch Dysley was a fal'Cie? It was the fal'Cie's plan for several hundred years to destroy every one? The beings they had worshiped as gods, the beings that have nurtured and protected them for centuries, those beings were responsible for everything that happened? However, every fal'Cie wasn't part of the plan. And now that Orphan was destroyed, the fal'Cie had no way of bringing back the Maker. Even so, they had no way of destroying Cocoon since it was against their design to do so. It seems the Cocoon fal'Cie had no choice but to resign to their new fate: tools of the people, not their controllers.

    Pulse was different now. It was still divided into two different places: Gran Pulse, the large world underneath where monsters ran amok and fal'Cie could be found in several places and Cocoon, the large "utopia" in the sky that was being repaired. Once separated by the sky, these two places are now connected by a large crystal tower where two fal'Cie, Vanille and Fang, sleep in an ever-lasting state of crystal stasis. However, in the middle of the tower, a large elevator had just finished being built, connecting Cocoon to Gran Pulse. Cocoon fal'Cie were now tools of the people. They continued doing their jobs, but not to nurture the people just to destroy them, as before, but because that was all they were able to do. The people of Cocoon had ventured around Pulse, seeking to make a new civilization, while others stayed on Cocoon. Those who came to Pulse started to rebuild Oerba. Among these were their heroes: Sazh Katzroy (and his son Dajh), Hope Estheim (and his father Barthelomew), Snow Villiers (and his new wife, Serah Villiers nee Farron) and their leader, Lightning Farron. It was a tough world to live in, but it was possible. While tough, life was easy. That is, until that fateful morning.

    One morning, Snow woke up only to find Serah missing. He searched all over Oerba, but he couldn't find her. Snow started to worry as no one had seen her. Lightning also started to worry about her little sister. They searched all over Gran Pulse, but to no avail. They decided to check Cocoon. Lightning and Snow boarded the Eden Elevator. Halfway to Cocoon, they looked through the glass to see Vanille and Fang sleeping peacefully in crystal stasis. Then everything went black.

    Lightning and Snow woke up from crystal stasis. They have no memory of becoming l'Cie. The last thing they remember is seeing Vanille and Fang, frozen in crystal. Disoriented, confused, and angry, they ventured outside, only to realize they were in Oerba, but something was different. No one remembered them and they recognized no one. They rushed to their homes, only to find new families living there, claiming they have for years, before the war started. War? What war, you ask? Well, Snow was curious as well and he asked, only to hear something shocking: Several years ago, new l'Cie appeared. These l'Cie were superior to other known l'Cie, they seemed to be half-crystal and some form of Cieth hybrid. Snow and Lightning immediately recognized this form as the one Cid Raines took during their battle. These "Crystal l'Cie" didn't have Eidolons, but their powers were monstrous. They declared war on everyone. No one knew which fal'Cie the Crystal L'Cie belonged to as fal'Cie haven't made l'Cie since the Orphan Incident and have claimed to have lost that power. The Crystal l'Cie couldn't make it to Cocoon, their goal, and have attacked people on Cocoon, working their way towards the Eden Elevator. Fortunately, PSICOM and the Guardian Corps were still active and defending the citizens. Even the monsters of Gran Pulse proved to be an obstacle to the Crystal l'Cie.

    Snow and Lightning were hit with even bigger and more shocking news: It has been 400 years since the Orphan Incident. They were in crystal stasis for four centuries.

    Snow and Lightning were too confused. What happened to Serah? What happened to them? What made them l'Cie again? They bore the same brands as they did before; did that mean Anima was behind this somehow, despite its death? And who were these Crystal l'Cie? Who was behind their l'Ciefication? Who started this war? Would they ever see Serah again?

    With no answers to any of these questions, Snow decided they had to do something: they had to protect Cocoon from the Crystal l'Cie. It took several days, but he convinced Lightning that they had to help. A group of people had come to them, asking for help. They wanted to join the war, but they had no battling experience, save for some weak monsters. They wanted Snow and Lightning to train them. Snow and Lightning agreed. Maybe if they found out the truth behind this war and the Crystal l'Cie, they could find out what really happened during those 400 years. Deep in his heart, Snow knew Serah was alive somewhere and vowed to find her.
    From Apprentices to l'Cie_
    During a training session, a young, auburn-headed girl staggered into Oerba, covered in wounds. The apprentices took her in and mended her wounds. The girl woke up and revealed her name was Jenny. Despite a striking resemblance to Serah, Snow's wife and Lightning's sister, she was someone different. Upon inspecting her camera, the group found pictures of a large army of Crystal l'Cie. Jenny told them she took the pictures from Taejin's Tower before being attacked by a Crystal l'Cie. The same Crystal l'Cie, Omega, came and kidnapped her after battling the heroes.

    Snow and Lightning took some of the apprentices to save Jenny while the others went to warn Cocoon of an invasion. Lynnea stayed in Oerba to protect it. Jaden, one of the apprentices who had ventured off, caught up with the group. While the others were traversing the tower, Leo's group (the group on their way to Cocoon) were stopped by two Crystal l'Cie, Cid and Freyja. Cid hinted to be Cid Raines and fought Freyja, telling the others to save Snow and Lightning. After the others left, Cid revealed it to be a ruse.

    Snow and Lightning arrived at the apex just in time to see a boy turned into a l'Cie. Jenny revealed herself to be possessed and had Omega, Cid, and Freyja battle Lightning's team. Dahaka, a fal'Cie long thought dead, returned and joined the Crystal l'Cie's battle. In the midst of it all, "Jenny" showed herself to be a fal'Cie (or something more) and branded Lightning's apprentice, turning them into l'Cie. Omega disappeared, only to return with a boy who had a striking resemblance to Hope. While testing out their powers in battle, the new l'Cie were no match for the Crystal l'Cie. Suddenly, Jenny grabbed Snow and pulled his crystal out of his brand, sending him into crystal stasis. Before anybody could do anything else, Cid threw all the apprentice l'Cie off of the tower.

    Dahaka caught the l'Cie, and Lightning after she jumped, and dropped them on the canyon. Jenny, angered at Omega's apparent betrayal, crystallized and shattered Freyja to prove her power. She then gave Omega a new, as of yet unknown, Focus and disappeared. Snow's crystal remained on the apex, but proceeded to crystallize the entire tower.

    Omega and Cid followed Lightning's group and Omega revealed the true nature of Shinryu, the boy who resembled Hope. Shinryu was the Divine Dragon, a l'Cie branded personally by the "Maker" Fell Lindzei. Though he apparently lost his brand and powers, Shinryu once was Lindzei's equivalent to Ragnorok. Cid then revealed the group's Focus: To destroy Cocoon and bring back the Maker.

    Each Role has 4 Tiers. Next to each Tier, there's a fraction. The fraction is how many of the abilities you're allowed to get from each Tier. If there's two fractions (#/# --- #/#), the first fraction is for those who have that role as their Default role, the second is for everyone else. One fraction means it applies to everyone.
    Prereqs. means you must know that ability in order to learn the one that says Prereq.
    Commando
    Tier 1 ~ 4/7 --- 3/7

    • Blitz - Deal Physical damage to target and nearby foes.
    • Deathblow - When attacking weakened enemies, there is a chance to kill them in one hit.
    • Launch - Hits the enemy into the air.
    • Ruin - Deal non-elemental Magical damage to one foe.
    • Smite - Strikes an enemy that is in the air and smashes them into the ground.
    • Strike - Toss weapon for a ranged hit, summons weapon back regardless if it hits or misses.
    • Saber - Deals more damage per hit but weakens the user’s defenses as well.

    Tier 2 ~ 3/5

    • Jump - Leap into the air and crash down on an enemy for high damage.
    • Lancet - Attack and drain health from an enemy on contact.
    • Darkness - Drains health to do heavy physical dark damage. [Prereq. Smite.]
    • Libra - Spot weak points and sense elemental weaknesses on enemies.
    • Exploder Blade - On contact an explosion is set off on the weapon that can damage surrounding enemies. [Prereq. Blitz.]

    Tier 3 ~ 2/4

    • Ruinga - Deal non-elemental Magical damage to target and nearby foes. [Prereq. Ruin.]
    • Scathe - Deals heavy non-elemental damage to enemies. Spell extends outward in a straight beam-like line. [Prereq. Lancet.]
    • High Jump - Activates faster than Jump and does more damage. [Prereq. Jump.]
    • Comet - Showers enemy with projectiles for non-elemental damage. [Prereq. Darkness.]

    Tier 4 ~ 1/2

    • Flare - Deals an enormous amount of non-elemental damage to all in the area, even friends. [Prereq. Scathe.]
    • Mercy - Deals a great amount of non-elemental damage to all foes. [Prereq. Comet.]

    • Fire - Fire Magical Attack against target foe.

    • Firaga - Fire Magical Attack against large area of foes. [Prereq. Fira.]
    • Blizzaga - Ice Magical Attack against large area of foes. [Prereq. Blizzara.]
    • Thundaga - Lightning Magical Attack against large area of foes. [Prereq. Thundara.]
    • Waterga - Water Magical Attack against large area of foes. [Prereq.Watera.]
    • Aeroga - Wind Magical Attack against large area of foes. Launches foes into the air. [Prereq. Aerora]
    • Stonega - Earth Magical Attack against large areas of foes. [Prereq. Stonera.]
    • Darkra - Dark Magical attack that deals moderate damage. Range slightly larger than Dark. [Prereq. Dark, ]
    • Tetrastrike - Deals physical damage with the weapon imbued with three elements of choice.Two posts between each use. [Prereq. Bravestrike. Elements must be three of those four "strike" moves]

    Tier 4 ~ 1/3

    • Ultima - Deals massive non-elemental damage to all enemies. [Prereq. More Tier 1 Spells than "strike" moves.]
    • Nightmare - Deals massive dark damage to one enemy and moderate elemental damage to all. User has choice of element {Element must have reached Tier 3}. Unable to use "strike" moves and Tier 3 moves for 3 posts afterwards. [Prereq. Darkra]
    • Omnistrike - Deals massive physical damage with weapon imbued with all six elements. [Prereq. Tetrastrike.]


    Sentinel
    Tier 1 ~ 4/5 --- 3/5

    • Challenge - Greatly increases the chance of one target attacking the defender.
    • Steelguard - While guarding, greatly increases defense to physical and magical attacks. Defenses increase each time the Sentinel is attacked.
    • Resist - Chances of being afflicted by status ailments are lowered greatly.
    • Deathward - Whenever one is in a critical state, resistance to physical and magical damage is greatly increased.
    • Bonecrusher - Strength is increased when in a critical state.

    Tier 2 ~ 5/6 --- 3/6

    • Entrench - Counter attack after guarding. The longer you guard, the more damage you deal to the enemy in return. [Prereq. Steelguard.]
    • Barrier - Casts Protect on all allies. Cannot be cast on oneself.
    • Wall - Casts Shell on all allies. Cannot be cast on oneself.
    • Mediguard - While guarding, your health will slowly recover. [Prereq. Deathward.]
    • Provoke - Makes the target and nearby opponents attack the defender. [Prereq. Challenge.]
    • Brawler - Strength greatly increases when fighting barehanded. [Prereq. Bonecrusher.]

    Tier 3 ~ 4/5

    • First Aid - Heals an ally only when they are in a critical condition. Equivalent power to Cura. [Prereq. Mediguard.]
    • Whirl Burst - Heavy gust of wind knocks back all enemies.
    • Recoil - Enemy takes half the damage of all attacks used on user for four posts. Cannot switch roles during effect.[Prereq. Entrench.]
    • Iron Fist - A punch that will deal heavy damage to a single enemy. [Prereq. Brawler.]
    • Lifebreak - Instantly deals damage to an enemy based off how weak the user is. Most powerful when used at a critical state. [Prereq. Default Sentinel.]

    Tier 4 2/2 --- 1/2

    • Graviga - Takes a massive chunk out of an enemy’s health but cannot kill them. Most effective when the enemy is at full strength. [Prereq. Lifebreak.]
    • Quake - Deals heavy Earth-elemental damage to all enemies. [Prereq. Iron Fist.]


    Synergist
    Tier 1 ~ 5/7 --- Choice between Support (Bravery, Haste, and Protect) or Power-up (Enfire, Enfrost, Enthunder, and Enwater.)

    • Bravery - Increases physical power by 25%
    • Haste - Can use two extra abilities per post.
    • Protect - Increases resistance to physical damage by 33%.
    • Enfire - All attacks gain a fire elemental attribute.
    • Enfrost - All attacks gain an ice elemental attribute.
    • Enthunder - All attacks gain a lightning elemental attribute.
    • Enwater - All attacks gain a water elemental attribute.

    Tier 2 ~ 6/9 --- Dependent on Tier 1; Support (Faith, Protectra, Shell, and two Bars) or Power-up (Ens and Bars.)

    • Faith - Increases magical power by 25%.
    • Protectra - Increases resistance to physical damage by 50%; shorter effect duration than Protect. [Prereq. Protect.]
    • Shell - Increases resistance to magical damage by 33%.
    • Barfire - Increases resistance to fire elemental damage.
    • Barfrost - Increases resistance to ice elemental damage.
    • Barthunder - Increases resistance to lightning elemental damage.
    • Barwater - Increases resistance to water elemental damage.
    • Enstone - All attacks gain an earth elemental attribute.
    • Enaero - All attacks gain a wind elemental attribute.

    Tier 3 ~ 4/6 --- Support (Baraero, Faithra, Shellra, Bravera) or Power-up (Endark, Enlight)

    • Baraero - Increases resistance to wind elemental damage.
    • Faithra - Increases magical power by 75%; shorter effect duration than Faith. [Prereq. Faith.]
    • Shellra - Increases resistance to magical damage by 50%; shorter effect duration than Shell. [Prereq. Shell.]
    • Bravera - Increases physical power by 75%; shorter effect duration than Bravery. [Prereq. Bravery.]
    • Endark - All attacks gain a dark elemental attribute. Increases attack strength slightly. [Prereq. All "Bar" magic.]
    • Enlight - All attacks gain a light elemental attribute. Increases accuracy slightly. [Prereq. All other “En†magic.]
    Tier 4 ~ 2/6
    • Blink - Immune to either physical or magic damage, choice of user, for 5 posts. Cannot be used while "Immunity" is in effect or within 5 posts of Immunity's end on target (though can be used on other targets). [Prereq. Support Synergist]
    • Immunity - Immune to all status ailments and other enhancements, increased resistance to magical damage for 5 posts. Cannot be used while "Blink" is in effect or within 5 posts of Blink's end on target (Though can be used on other targets). [Prereq. Support Synergist]
    • Berserk - Doubles physical attack for 5 posts. Target unable to use magic. Cannot be used while "Prayer" is in effect or within 5 posts of Prayer's end on target (Though can be used on other targets). [Prereq. Power-up Synergist.]
    • Prayer - Doubles magical attack for 5 posts. Target unable to use physical attacks. Cannot be used while "Berserk" is in effect or within 5 posts of Berserk's end on target (though can be used on other targets). [Prereq. Power-up Synergist.]
    • Feng Shui - Doubles magical damage and increases resistance to physical damage for 5 posts. Cannot be used while "Ares" is in effect or within 5 posts of Ares' end on target (though can be used on other targets). [Prereq. Default Synergist.]
    • Ares - Doubles physical damage and increases resistance to magical damage for 5 posts. Cannot be used while "Feng Shui" is in effect or within 5 posts of Feng Shui's end on target (though can be used on other targets). [Prereq. Default Synergist.]


    Saboteur
    Tier 1 ~ 5/7 --- 3/7

    • Daze - Stuns a target, dealing magic damage.
    • Deprotect - Decreases resistance to physical damage and deals magic damage.
    • Deshell - Decreases resistance to magical damage and deals magic damage.
    • Fog - Prevents use of all magical related abilities.
    • Pain - Prevents use of all physical related abilities. Also deals magical damage.
    • Poison - Causes health to decrease as time passes.

    Tier 4 ~ 1/2

    • Holy - Deals massive light damage to all enemies, removes all status ailments from allies. [Prereq. Default Medic.]
    • Diety - Removes all status ailments from and completely heals allies. Unable to use Tier 3 moves for 5 posts.
    Crystarium Rules______________________________________________________________
    • Once you get to Tier 4 of your Default role, you get your Limit Break. Limit Breaks are what the Full ATB Skills are in the game. Limit Breaks can be from any role (Just because you're a Medic doesn't mean your Limit Break has to heal) and used in any role. You get to name and come up with your Limit Break
    • You get to choose how the ability looks if you want to get flashy as long as it keeps the theme of the move (No saying your character used Ruin and shot fire at the enemy).
    • You get to Tier 2 of your Default Role once you get your Eidolon (which will happen when I allow it). I'll tell you when you get to the other Tiers.
    • Once you get to Tier 4 for your three roles, you get to start at Tier 1 for another role. Once you get to Tier 3 of that role, you get another role. Once you get to Tier 3 of that one, you get your last role.
    • I didn't put it for all posts because I didn't think of it, but Tier 1 status enhancements and ailments (except for the Ens and Bars) last 2 posts, Tier 2 lasts 3 posts, Tier 3 lasts 4 posts, and Tier 4 lasts 5 posts unless stated otherwise. If an upper Tier ability says "shorter duration than *weaker version*" then it means that...well, let me put it in an example: Faithra is Tier 3 so lasts four posts. Faith is Tier 2 and lasts 3 posts. If you have Faithra on you, it'll last two posts and then turn into Faith for three posts. So half of the upper Tier time limit and then all of the weaker version's time limit (only for "Shorter duration abilities.")
    • Crystal l'Cie, being more powerful don't have a limit on amount of abilities they can learn, nor do they have to worry about roles, but we aren't going overboard.
    • Eidolons also have a Crystarium that you can come up with. You can come up with abilities or use actual abilities from the games

    I've been thinking of it as Aerith G. has Mia. heartless_angel's name doesn't have a y so I connect Mia with Aerith G....but that still doesn't help with "which one am I talking to" situations xD so I guess quoting them would work.

    Personality: Very high energy and a real go getter. He is easily manipulated and talked into things. He treats fighting like a game and is always smiling or laughing. A real wild child.

    Biography: Noah has been in his treehouse home in the Gapra Whitewood his whole life. A freak accident where he witnessed the death of his father and mother sticks in the back of his mind and he has never spoken of it, instead covering up his pain behind laughter and a child like innocence. Nature has hardened him through his short years in life and he can usually be heard strengethening his hands and feet on the trees and rocks in the area. He has always had an affinity for time and space magic that he will often use to his advantage in a fight or when catching dinner. He is incredibly swift to begin with and that is only amplified when adding a haste spell which can grant him the appearance of teleportation to an untrained eye. (Not sure if this is fleshed out enough this is my first RP let me know if it needs anything else. Also his only Accessible spells are Haste, Slow, Stop, Meteor, Invisible, Reflect, Warp, and Regen)

    It all sounds good. We can work on the Eidolon later.
    Two things, a minor one and the more important one.
    The minor thing is that l'Cie in this RP are going to start with three roles, just like the game (Commando, Ravager, Medic, Sentinel, Synergist, or Saboteur).
    Since the only l'Cie in the game are currently Snow, Lightning, and the Crystal l'Cie (I'm assuming you read the post and know these are a different class of l'Cie), no one else knows magic. However, they're about to be on the way to becoming l'Cie so I'm having everybody think of the three roles they want to start with. Yours is obviously Synerist, Saboteur, and it looks like Medic? Don't worry about not being able to attack in these roles, everyone's going to be able to be able to hit with their weapons (this isn't a video game after all xD). I just want to make sure I know what roles you're wanting. Also, out of the three you want, choose a default role (Snow's is Sentinel, Lightning's Commando, Hope's Ravager, etc.), the one Noah would be best in.

    The more important thing is including you in the story. Since you live in GW, you're on Cocoon and the story starts on Pulse (Oerba to be exact). Since you started late, you don't have a spot with the kids Lightning and Snow are training. However, they're about to be split into two groups and going to become l'Cie. We can say you were on Pulse...exploring or whatever and you join one of the groups, but that means you won't be a l'Cie yet until the others become a l'Cie as well, which is what I'm going for. However, you might be able to become one a little sooner than the others since you're separate from them so the choice is up to you. I have a plan either way. Either 1)meet the others and become a l'Cie with them or 2)become a l'Cie first then meet the others.

    Judging from the only spells i want him to know. Id say his would be Saboteur but also Synergist. It doesnt matter much to me whatever you prefer. And Synergist, Saboteur, and Medic sounds pretty good for the monk like quality im trying to give him. And seeing as his Bio already has him knowing some spells that he uses to survive id say that he became a L'cie before meeting them and he is going to join up. But if its easier to have him become a L'cie with everyone else for story purposes i dont mind. I just want in. Lol

    Alright then. We'll just skip ahead and say he's on Gran Pulse right now. Do you know that spot where people grind? Where the Behemoth King and Meg...giant-wolf-like-monster-whose-name-I-can't-spell are fighting? Right before the tunnel that leaves to Mal'habara Subterra? Cid and Freyja are about to fight those two monsters, but haven't started yet. We can say that Noah was...exploring Gran Pulse and ended up walking there and is now trapped in the fight. He can't get out or the monsters might notice him and kill him so he's scared.
    Since he grew up in the Gapra Whitewood, he's used to seeing monsters, right? So it makes sense that he would go to Gran Pulse to see how the monsters normally live.
    So that's how you can start. He won't be a l'Cie yet, but I have a plan for that.
    Just place him near the monsters, and post whenever~

    Sorry for not posting, guys, I was actually waiting on Love to post with Freyja.

    Anyway
    I hate to do this, but after tonight (as in after this post), I won't be back on for a bit. I'm going to try to get on at least once tomorrow to post again and I will try to post during the weekend, but chances are I won't be able to until next week. Starting tomorrow, I'll be on Christmas break and will be without internet service. However, there is internet available to me somewhere else, but I won't be able to use it everyday of the week (just three or four days tops) or for several hours (just a couple a day on the days I can get on). I'm trying to remedy the situation so I will have internet over the break, but so far, it's not looking good. I'll be back between the ninth and eleventh of January. Like I said, I will still be getting on, so don't forget about the RP ; ; it just won't be as much. So...keep posting and be patient, please. Happy holidays~

    Biography: His family moved to Gran Pulse after the incident and over the times the first son took the tradition of being a records keeper of events and as such the whole family become involved in overseeing events in town, it quickly grew into something similar to a newspaper. Remy was one of the reporters of news for his family, his father was the boss of the record keeping company they inherited and he sent his son Remy on a test to find out anything new he can about L'Cie. Thus he was dragged into the war.

    Personality: Enjoys combat, but will not actively search for a fight. Doesn't dislike others, but sometimes unintentionally appears to. Has a strong sense of justice, and will almost always step in to defend somebody who is weaker than he is.
    Biography: Having been brought up an orphan on Cocoon, Ren is not used to working with other people, especially not those of similar age. He ran with a gang during his younger years, before going it alone at the age of 16. He has been more-or-less isolated since then. He is quite skilled with mechanical workings, as proven by his weapon of choice; a old PSICOM SubMachine Gun that he personally reconstructed and modified to suit his needs. Due to having lived alone for three years, he has both moderate fighting ability, and good knowledge of common security systems.
