KH1, CoM, KH2, or KH 358/2 Days

I like them all.

Kingdom Hearts was a good story opener. It was cute, the characters were fun and interesting, and it was the kind of content that could capture the attention of different aged audiences. It also had some more mature themes, such a jealousy with a friend, darker intentions towards those friends, and the epic battle between good and evil. Plus the side characters from Final Fantasy gave some nice little hints at those games, and got you interested in their histories.

Chain of Memories was good. The battle system was difficult, but it was a challenge, and something different, making the game a lot more fun in the end. This game was a little less fun and goofy, leaning more towards loss and trying to deal with it. Still one of the best games I've played for a while.

358/2 Days was a hard game for me, because of the story line. It deals with finding yourself and became a much darker game for me. I did like it in the end (I played and watched at a friend's) but it was one of the harder games to deal with, because of the emotional issues.

Kingdom Hearts II was the best of the best. The game is a little more mature now, dealing with finding yourself, betrayal, and more fear then the game had. Following the character's choices that led them to each other, eventually, was entertaining, and fun, for the most part. The game incorporated the same silly parts the characters had in the first game, but also more mature feelings and emotions, as well as sadness for some of the side characters at things they had lost.

 

Right now I'd have to say Days.

• Xemnas gameplay
• Multiplayer
• Sigh of relief from the catastrophe that was Chain of Memories

Although If I ever played kh2fm (and It was on the list) Itd probably be my # 1 favorite lol

 

i'd have to say kh1, cuz its my fav. then would come 358/2, then kh2, and last, COM.

 

I'd say KH2 since I haven't played days yet.

 

I think the first one because it introduces the charecters and their personalities

 

Kingdom Hearts 2, because it was very much fun and it has most codes :P

 

I think I say either Days or KH2 because there are more "talk" cutscenes in KH2 which makes it more alive, if I would say so.
But I like Days multiplayer mode alot, so I can't decide which ones the best.

 

I got to say Kingdom Hearts 1 was the best. The thing is I think all the games are great but there's something about Kingdom Hearts one that I just can't pinpoint that I like so much. Maybe it's theidea I can actually swim around antlantica :/? who knows lol.

 

I'm torn between 2 and 358/2 days both great in there own ways

 

Days! The game actually implemented negative status effects, change of difficulty via level panels, and abilities equipped to your liking. The multiplayer will also never get old.

 

Re:CoM for me. I loved the cutscenes and how the characters were more "real," in my opinion. Sora and Riku Replica battling all the way up the different floors was cool, as each of them had the idea that they were the one Namine made the promise to.

Also, Vexen's death and Marluxia's entrance. Need I say more? (Marly taking off hood = fruitilicious.)

Although, the only downside to CoM and Re:CoM is the battle system. GOD I HATE NOT HAVING THE RIGHT CARDS!!! c(=

A close second is Days because me and my girlfriend can play together now! Yays! However, once again, the battle system sucked. having to hit X multiple times to get to the right option that you want in the Magic or Items menus was a pain. At least they made a Shortcut thing...

I would have to go with Kingdom Hearts II, because I've never played CoM (I don't think I'd like the card system anyway), and Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days got very monotinous and boring after a while. Kingdom Hearts II was longer, more interesting, and the gameplay was better than Kingdom Hearts I in my opinion. Also, Kingdom Hearts II didn't have the annoying trinity symbols to look for.

 

I haven't played 358/2 Days yet (lack of DS to play it on o__o') so I'm gonna have to go with KH2 for now ^^

The battles were somewhat easier though~

 

i would have to go with days because of the status effects, the multiplayer part of it, you play as roxas, and alot of other stuff...
would've been kh2, but 2 sliiiight problems...

1. when roxas left, i blamed sora for existing, because if he didnt roxas would be there if nomura made a big twist in the story...point: sora pretty much killed roxas off of kh. so i hated that you had to play as him for about a 3rd of the story...

2.it was just so dam EASY! i could play through proud and only die about once or twice. as a matter of fact, i found it easier in the harder modes...

in days, they fixed those problems. hopefuly, in kh3 they turn roxas into a summon or some sort of strange drive (if they keep that concept..). i think ive gone a bit off topic...oh well...

 

I think that I'd have to be at a tie between Days and KHII.

I loved the story mode and the fact that you can actually play multiplayer in days. It also didn't have the longest tutorial in the WORLD.
On the other hand, I didn't like the whole panel system concept too much. the magic system was a pain.
