My mom's making tacos for dinner tonight

I'm so super excited for tonight, you have no idea. I love tacos.

And this is why I hate Algebra II homework, which I usually never have. Today was supposed to be my restful day.

 

I don't like tacos. I always almost choke on the shell, and they're way too messy.

 

Never had Tacos.
Never want Tacos.
Would only eat them if it was your turn to choose dinner or something.

 

They're not always made with shells.

Admittedly, it wasn't homemade. No. And I cannot chastise my mother for half-arsing it with premade meals, given that I cannot cook for my life. Aah. A homemade Russian meal, would be nice. It's a crying shame there aren't any Russian restaurants out there, I've seen Japanese and Chinese and all the other decent, esoteric asian cuisines. Everywhere. We've Mexican and Italian. Many others I can't quite think of now. But no Russian, at least where I am. In fact I've seen no eastern european restaurants for that matter. Very unfortunate, but on the other hand... the charm might be at risk were the septics to americanize such tasty dishes. So, with that in mind I'm glad. I suppose... *conflicted*

 

Another Pierogi lover..........my stomach just growled looking at that fine dish.

But it was from Publix, altered to better suit the American taste. I'm so disappointed. Unreliable publix, with their stupid brands. I want traditional food! Not this. I will crawl under a hole and die now.

Too true. I've tried the store bought. It's nothing compared to homemade creamy taste. (Well the way she made them anyway)
There is almost a restaurant for everything. I'm sure you'll find one.

 

Did I say pierogi? I think I meant pelmeni. Blah, they are from the same family of foods anyway, both dumplings. And they sound similar as well. Periogi's origin is Ukraine, pelmeni's Russia...

 

Makes sense. My father's side is from Ukraine, so I got introduced to few of the foods when I was a kid. Such sweet memories.

Actually I have had this dare in mind for some time now, I think I might spill it. Probably won't get to dare someone to it anytime soon, given that the wimps never pick dare. Cossack dancing. You heard me. I would be gleeful to see someone attempt to do it, especially the forum's residential cossack boy.

 

If I looked up the dance and could find a working video camera, I would probably do it. Even if I failed horribly.

 

I will love you for even considering. I mean it. Best it be from our residential cossack boy! Smite me for derailing this thread horrendously, if you will.

Now I must warn you, it is quite an intensive danse. I could not ever, I tried once... and failed, failed horrendously; the audience might think it effortless as the dansers make it appear effortless. Unsurprisingly I failed. Requires you be fit, keep your balance... I don't care if you fail, I will love you for trying. You can do it...!
