    So i was thinking that for this New Year's Eve, we all should stay on the site, (since those of you who are school and or work will be off due to Christmas Vacation.) and see how many members we can get and greet the new year of 2012! (maybe even pin for it, i dunno)

    But i wanted to get an early vote to see if this would be something the staff would consider. I ran the idea across to Stardust, and she's all for it!!

    So i wanna hear your thoughts and suggestions, but most of all, please vote!!!

    I think it's a cute idea, lol. Sounds like fun.
    Dunno about a pin though? You hadn't mentioned that before. EDIT: It'd work if we tied it in with a way to earn it like the 2010 Anniversary or something, methinks.

    It does sound cute, and sounds a lot more fun than what we usually do on this site (post millions of "OMG FIRST HAPPY NEW YEAR THREAD!"). I'd be in for helping out with anything. As of ideas, I would say contests of how to remember the year...

    It sounds like a fun idea, but won't we all be celebrating New Years at a different time? Are we gonna post 'HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!" every single hour?

    We all are in different timezones, so new year happens at a different time for all of us ... we'd need a way around that.
