OOC: Sorry my comp was acting up...wouldn't let me on at all yesterday...

BIC: Wing sighed as he thought about all that had happened in the last few days. He turned his headf at the sound of approching feet and his body tensed as two UPA guards rounded the corrner. He had snuck aboard the UPA's ship as they took Vecked away.

"Twilight Wind!" He wispered, ang the spell flew at the two guards nocking them both out cold. He used a small flux of wind to make their bodies hit the hard gournd gently, as not to let any one here him.

"If any one is going to kill Vecked its going to be me...I'm going to settle this rivalry today..."

He took off down the corridor towards the bridge, taking out a few guards here and there from the shadows.

"first, take out Skinner, locate Vecked, set the ship on a collision course with the nearest world...get Vevked out, then kill him...yeah that's the plan...for now at least..." He said with a small sad smile.

 

OOC: Well, that's all right, Wing...

BIC: As the beast disappeared underneath Xegreny's volley, Xardius rubbed his head. "This is ridiculous. We need to rendezvous with the others."

"Lets go. If Azull tries to make any more illusions, I can handle them." Xegreny said, not wasting any time as he headed in the direction of the EK camp.

 

Xane headed towatrds the EK camp as well. "So how did the Enigmatic Knight's become our allies, again?" he asked.

 

"Technically, I wouldn't say were 'allies' just yet. The only real reason we're here is to help investigate, and possibly eliminate, the Brotherhood. Sora, Riku, and Kairi along with their EK cronies are doing the same. We're just lending a hand." Xegreny said, shrugging.

 

"Ah. How many Brotherhood members are there, anyway?" Xane asked. "Do they outnumber us?"

 

"Ummm... thirteen I think. I dunno, ask Xardius." Xegreny said, guesstimating (Yeah, it's a word.).

 

Vecked sighed as he sat inside the U.P.A. Gummi Ship, his plan had all gone terribly wrong, the only good thing Vecked could think of was that he now knew Sora's weakness, something he could use in the future. Besides that, nothing good had happened to Vecked, all his planing, all his hard work... for nothing.

"Yo," Aaron said, teleporting into the holding cell. "Aaron!" Vecked said, jumping up, "Please, get me out of here." Aaron smiled, "Ya know, Vecked, somewhere between you capturing Hojan, threatening to kill the King if we didn't do what you said, and trying to nuke the universe I decided if you ever needed help, I wouldn't give it."

Vecked sighed, "Please, I can't get out of here on my own, I'm sorry..." Aaron tried to hold a chuckle, "I'm sorry? - I'm sorry? - Is that really the best you can do, buddy?" Vecked sighed, "I guess I'm stuck here, huh?" he said sadly, Aaron nodded, "Pretty much. But you know what the best part of your epic fail was? The best part was that Hojan actually disabled the main detonator even before the UO came in. And you actually looked over the finally design, and you didn't notice that the main bomb wasn't working. You were pretty stupid, eh?"

Vecked looked down, "...maybe."

"Open this goddamn door!" A high pitched voice yelled from outside the holding cell. "Whoops, looks like I gotta get out of here," Aaron chuckled, warping out of the room just as Lexx opened the door. "Well... What have we here?" Lexx mocked, walking up to Vecked. "I hate to say this, but you actually had us worried."

"Where are you taking me?" Vecked asked, interrupting Lexx. "To a short term holding facility until we reach your case. When the U.P.A. reaches your case we will most likely chose the death penalty," Lexx explained, "But hey, you still have a few months to live, even if they will be spent in a prison!" Lexx laughed, walking out of the cell and closing the door...

"Well, Thirteens more then us, I really think the best way to face the Brotherhood is with a good tactic," Nulix said.

 

Wing had managed to get lost, but along the way recognized one UPA agent.

"Hey...he's the one from the base last year...Lexx...right?" He whispered. WQing tailed him all the way to the prision block and then realized that the ship had stopped and landed. Wing was soon floating in the air, to avoid being seen...Lexx was dragging Vecked behind him, saying something about a death penalty, and a short term holding facility. Wing smiked and reached to his neck where he ripped his necklace off, one identacal to Vecked's. Wing dropped in, hitting Vecked in the shoulder, dropped down silently behind the two and made his way around a corrner.

"Well, at least he'll know he's got an ally...for now at least..." Wing thought.


OOC: Gotta go, be back tomorrow

 

OOC: OK, from now on, don't really expect me here on Teusdays...and I might not be here tomorrow. I'm not sure. Check at the normal time.

Xardius shook his head. "I know there's more than thirteen...probably more than twenty...and pound for pound, they're more powerful than the rest of us."

Xardius sighed. "And our enemy's enemy is our friend, or so it goes. Still, don't let your guard down..."

 

"Meh. They always say they're stronger, but we always come out on top in the end, right?" Xegreny said confidently.

 

"I'll be back later," Lexx said, throwing Vecked into another cell almost identically to the last one...

 

"More than twenty? Damn....Sounds like more fun for us!" Xane said.

 

Wing smirked and watied untill Lexx was out of sight before he ran up to the cell door and looked through the bars.

"Vecked, Vecked, Vecked...prison cells dont suit you to well. What do you say to getting out of here? I can take you any place you want to go..."

He sighed and looked down at his dirty black boots, they wer scuffed beyond polishing, and were beginning to fall apart, but they were still useable. Wing looked back through the bars to his greatest Rival...something about his plan didnt feel right...the killing Vecked part to be specific.

"Anywhere...I promise...after that you can do as you please, live how you want to live. I dont think i can interfere in your affairs any longer. I know, i know we're sworn enimies...there is no hope for being anything else. But there is still hope for the worlds, you just have to belive in them...in the Light. Your mind is still clouded with Darkness, and its telling you the only way to fix things is to start all over...Well I have to say, starting over means just that...starting over, nothing will change in the end, no matter what you may think. Human lives cannot be planned out for them...remeber what i told you? Every body writes their own Destiny...look at you and I, in the past two months we've had so many oppertunities to go at it, but we didn't...even in Twilght Town, when I captured Richards...you could have killed me easily then...i know you know that...you could see how weak I was. Yet here I am, still alive...and here you are, still alive...so Vecked, when this is all over with...lets do just that. Live. Live for every day, every sun rise, every sun set, for the full moon, for the stars...for our brothers...our friends."

Wing looked down again, then back up with one of his warm smiles. Vecked was looking at him, their eyes locked...yet Vecked still remained slient.

"Yeah Vecked, even you have friends. Dont you remeber them? i'm sure there is some one waiting for you back in Iceving Falls...or in the Air Country. Vecked, I dont truly understand the whole Wind and Flame thing...but fighting you doesnt feel right any more. All of the other Flame's I've come across have been my friends and greast allies. Shadow, Oxyrt, and Xardius...so why not you?"

He shook his head and placed his hand on the bars.

"Sorry, I digress...lets get outta here."

Wing used a Wind spell to surround the door then introduced the cold steel to twlight, knocking it off its hinges. The wind barrier not only protected Vecked from debris but also muffled the sound and inpact of the door on the floor. Wing then opened a twilight portal to t he Twilight corridors. He dragged Vecked in behind him and shut the portal.

"Where to your highness?" Wing said with a smirk as he put his hands into his pockets.

 

Vecked looked at Wing and sighed, "Wing, I find myself conflicted. I... know I'm a being of light, but the only way I've seen for greater good is to do something evil, something dark. I never saw a way to achieve my goals without a sacrifice," Vecked explained.

"Sora said that it was my destiny to go with him to the Dark Side, that he could only go with me," Vecked said, "He entrusted in his destiny to such an extent that he let thousands die, that he sat by while everyone he knew hated him for not doing something about the conflicts. He believes in his Destiny so strongly that he was willing to let the rest of his life slip away."

Vecked sighed, "I don't know to call him an idiot or a hero. He is really my exact opposite, he believes in Destiny, I believe in logic," Vecked paused, "But now, I find my self in a position were believing in Destiny has become logical. If I walk out of this free I'll just find myself in the same position I was in before. But maybe... if I don't control my fate for once, if I follow my Destiny... maybe then I'll find a way."

Vecked slowly walked out of the Twilight Portal and back into the cell, "...Your not my enemy Wing," he said slowly, as the Twilight Portal closed...

 

Wing smiled hearing Vecked's words. The portal closed and the two were seperated by twilight. Part of Wing wanted to open the portal once more and Grab Vecekd, and free him...but the other part of him was saying that this was Vecked's Destiny.


"You better come out alive Vecked Flate...I'll be waiting for you."

He turned and walked down the corridor, smile on his face. He reached a door, burning with flames, and quickly opened it...he was standing right behind Xardius and co.

"Kingdom Hearts, oh how I've missed this place..." He said with a chuckle.

 

Hearing the displacement of air as someone appeared behind them, Xegreny whipped around ready to att- Oh. It was just Wing. "Long time no see." Xeg said, calming down.

 

Wing held up his hands in mock surrender.

"sorry I didn't mean to scare you...and yeah its been a while. What's the plan?"

 

"The plan?" Xegreny asked.

"Well, right now we're on the Dark Side of the worlds. The Brotherhood is lurking around this side of the worlds and we're going to hunt them down. I'm not sure what that'll do though... the Jack er.. Josh Tirode told us that the more good we do by taking out bad guys.. the stronger bad guys are created." Xegreny said, sort of nervously.

 

"That's putting it simply..." Wing said putting his hand to his forehead.

"For every action there is an equal or opposite reaction...create a strong good guy...and the end result is a strong bad guy...create a stronger good guy, and well...yeah...you know...So the only thing we can hope is that the opposite is true...if we get rid of the strong bad guys...maybe...no...that wouldn't work..."

wing rubbed his chin, lost in thought, finally he snapped.

"Aha, as of right now the Darkness is to powerful, the scale is tipped in teir favor. There fore if we knock out enough low level Brotherhood Members, the scale will slowly begin to balence once again, we keep knocking them off untill the scale is perfectly balenced. Draw up a truce, give Scourge the Dark half of the worlds and we keep the light half...that would work...right?"
