*Darxess heard none of their responses*

Orb:"You'll have to forgive him.........He's stupid."


OOC:I did read your responses, but I thought it might be funnier if Darxess already went back to sleep in that short of time.

 

OOC: I'll trust your judgment on humor. It's not my strong point.

BIC: Xardius snorted as he stepped out of the gummi ship into the mist. Feeling the goosebumps rise on his arms as the cold mist touched him, he shrugged his shoulders and scanned the area, listening and watching for any sign of movement.

"Either our landing scared off the wildlife, or it drew them to us," Xardius said. "Enigma?"

"The pilot muttered something about a cave, which I'm guessing is where they took shelter," Enigma said. "But, unfortunately, he didn't say what they were sheltering from. Again, I'm only supposing, but I'm guessing it was some kind of animal."

Xardius growled. "Why do I get the feeling that the only kind of animal important on this planet is carnivorous?"

"Cheer up," Enigma chuckled. "They could be omnivorous."

 

Nulix chuckled, "Nothing in the Pride Lands can touch us. This was the place with the singing monkeys, remember?" Nulix said, "So... where do you think the Brotherhood's hiding out?"

 

"I'm guessing the cave," Enigma said. "Whatever drove them there didn't kill them."

"I'll take your word on that," Xardius said. "Where's the cave?"

Enigma pulled out a small compass, and pointed in a northeasterly direction. "That way, about a mile."

Xardius nodded. "Let's get going then. Everyone stick together. Me and Nulix will handle anything, unless you'd like to 'join in.'"

OOC: That means that everyone's with us, but unless you come online, it'll make sense for you not to participate in battles.

BIC: Xardius started forward. "I'll go first. Nulix, watch behind us."

Enigma pulled out a small revolver. "I'll watch from the sidelines thank you. I'm not really a fighter."

 

"I'll come along too," Xane said." You might need more fire power."

 

OOC:There has been a reason for my extended absence. I kept it a secret till now. I only wanted to tell of it after I had it all behind me. I passed my driver's test. I've spent the past two weeks studying almost constantly for it, and now, I finally have it finished. I am a holder of a learner's permit. In 30 days, I may also be a holder of a full driver's license.

So, anyone ready to continue the RP?

 

OOC: I got the notice from Hidden saying she'll be joining us soon. We might have to move the meet time to a lower time to get other people here, because Hidden isn't the only one who can only come on at a lower time. For now, I think 5:00 CST is fine, but we might need to switch it down to 3:00.

 

OOC: wow two days and no replies...


BIC: Wing raised his hand to show he'd be willing to fight as well and followed the others...

 

OOC: And I posted last so I couldn't respond...:(

I'm playing Final Fantasy 12 for the first time. It's awesome.

P.S.S. I'm on pretty much all day now for the next two weeks. The only time I wont be online is when I'm: Eating, Sleeping, or Playing CoH/RO. <:

BIC: "Ooh, evil plants? Now THAT is original. Seriously!" Xegreny said, following along.

 

OOC: Blah. Sorry I haven't been here for the last few days, I've been basically running errands for people.
But now I can conform that for the next few weeks I'm free for the RP!

 

OOC:And guess what? I'm open as well. Since I passed my test, so I can finally RP for real now. Except for today. I'm not available on Sundays. Otherwise, I here for the long haul now.

Sorry I've been gone so long...Who knew intros full of random animes that are used to represent all the different characters in this rp take so much time and effects...@_@
Oh and I won't be totally free to rp until like August....so yeah....X3

BIC: "Oi, there's no way I'm staying behind!" Bellatrix exclaimed as she made a small salute to them, grinning, "You guys didn't forget about me did ya?"

 

As the Organization entered the Alternate Pride Lands, a small machine scouting the area zoomed in on them. It then took a clear shot of the group and Enigma, and quickly zoomed out of the atmosphere. It now had to finish it's duty....Of reporting to a certain Brotherhood member....

 

Wing grinned seeing Bellatrix


"Welcome back" he said giving her a friendly wave

 

BIC: Xardius smiled. "I did miss you, actually...So, let's get going."

Stepping into the fog, Xardius frowned at the dense mist around him. "How are we going to find our way back?"

"I have a device with me that will allow us to find our way back," Enigma said. "Just don't let me get dragged off and eaten, or there it goes. Think of it as incentive."

"Yeah, no worries," Xardius grinned. "Besides, it'd be a mess to go through the bowels of the monster."

 

Nulix smiled at Bella, "Heya," he said, before turning to Xardius, "What are we doing here anyway? Shouldn't we get a little info before we go and challenge the Brotherhood?"

 

Enigma nodded. "Precisely. I hardly think that any Brotherhood member worth his salt is going to be inside the cave. First of all, two or three miles of jungle is hardly enough protection from the only good landing sight on the world, and second, if the Knights who were exploring this world entered the cave with a Brotherhood member inside, do you really think that any of them would have come back alive?"

Enigma shook his head as Xardius peered around. "No, I think that the only thing the cave might offer is information on what the Brotherhood is doing here. Now, the cave might lead us to a Brotherhood member, but the chances are higher that instead it will be mere storage space."

Enigma smiled slightly. "Satisfied?"

OOC: I've had these done for a while but...Anyway, here they are Nulix:

 

"Uh... yeah, yes I am," Nulix said, returning the smile. "Enigma, you sure are cleaver," Nulix commented, "So uh, what are you doing with your life at the moment? A cleaver guy like yourself?"
