The Ultimate Organization II

Wing followed Xardius wondering why his spells seemed to still be wind...unless some part of his mid was casting Gravity spells with out him realizing it.

"So Enigma...you said we're looking for information regarding the brotherhood...anything in particular we should be seeking?

 

"That's why I hate these negative worlds, or whatever they're called," Xane said. "This is supposed to be the Pride Lands, right? For all we know, that antlion could've been Rafiki."

 

OOC: I'm sorry, I'll try to contain my playing FF8...:(

BIC: Enigma nodded. "Locations, mainly. And what it is they're doing here. Other than controlling the worlds."

Walking into the cave, he examined the floor. "Antlion droppings. I was correct." Striding further into the cave, Enigma examined the floor. "A seal to keep it out. Probably to keep that antlion out from the inner workings. Shall we?"

Walking forward, Enigma continued into the cave...

 

OOC: Leaving soon. Be back at around 9 EST.

BIC: Huh," Xane said, using a nearby stalagmite to scrape some droppings off of his foot. "They couldn't have been hiding something that valuable, 'cause that antlion wasn't too tough of a guardian."

 

Wing shrugged and Followed along...


"Wonder how far we'll be going until we find something." He then tripped over something metallic. Picking it up he noticed that it was actually a piece of a keyblade...the handle to be exact...the keychain seemed to be missing though.


"Well looks like we aren't the first to try and look around in here...keep an eye out for traps.

 

OOC: I won't be back after this...Have places to go later, somewhat unfortunately.

BIC: Xardius cracked his head on a stalactite, and grimaced. "I hate caves..."

Following Enigma, who seemed to know where he was going, Xardius spent his time twisting to dodge stalactites that seemed to sprout from the ceiling. If Wing's warning meant anything, they probably were. And the cave seemed to be getting smaller.

"Is it just me, or...?" Xardius began.

"It's an illusion," Enigma said, unworried. "Don't worry about it."

"Doesn't feel like an illusion," Xardius said, having to slump over.

 

OOC: Yeah gotta go to...my book is calling lol


BIC: Wing ducked down behind Xardius, following his movements as to not hit his head.

"So if the cave is really getting smaller....Xardius you may wanna get in the back...that way us not so muscular guys can continue after you get stuck."

Wing chuckled at his Joke

 

OOC: Blah! Sorry I left randomly, I got a phone call saying I have to be somewhere tonight and tonight I was planning on going somewhere else so I went somewhere else now because I can't tonight... yeah... no ones here...

BIC: "This is tight," Nulix commented, as his head almost hit the top of the cave, "Its getting smaller, I don't think we can all make it farther into the cave..."

 

"I would, Wing," Xardius grumbled, bent nearly double, "but I don't think there's enough space."

"I told you," Enigma said irritably, turning around, the only one not having problems walking through the cave. "It's just an illusion. Stop believing in it and it can't touch you."

"Very clever," Azull said, stepping randomly from the cave wall. "But I have a question for you: what are...?"

"Shut up," Enigma growled, pulling out his gun. "Now is not the time to be doing this."

Azull raised an eyebrow. "Oh?"

"Wouldn't you rather beat the UO when they're not, ahem, cramped for space?" Enigma asked, firing his semi-automatic at Azull.

Azull smirked as he disappeared.

Xardius shook his head as the ceiling returned to normal. "I hate that guy..."

 

HI!

He gasped awake, "GuHHHHhuh!..."

The sound of muffled, rushing air and voices flooded back to his ears. There was no light. No sense of hope. No pain. His body had become numb. Numb to the hurt and even to the little bit of life he held on to.

Boiling in a pool of his own sweat and spit, he began to move his limbs, just to make sure they were still functional. But, unlike that day he thought he had almost lost his left ring toe, everything was in fact there and moving to his command. He had to just lie there for a while to think, trying to look around and focus his eyes on something.

Nothing happened there. He tried to keep good memory of 'events' that happened which he tried to use to map out his own type of calendar. According to his 'calculations' he had been in there for about one-hundred and sixty-five days, or five months...give and take a few weeks. For all he knew, it could have only been two days, it did feel like a place where time seemed like it would drag on forever, but he had no real way of knowing for sure. He would think about this every 'morning', but running thoughts throughout his mind that would just hit dead ends and turn the other way made his head spin in circles.

Yes, it was a prison, but it felt more like a mind trap. Sitting in there for months on end with scraps of food only dropped in on him every couple of days when 'they' gave a crap to think about you would drive anyone crazy.

Oxyrt sat up. His hands were shackled behind is back; feet were strangled tightly in a large metal chain. And today, he could feel that the skin around his ankles was growing deeper and deeper around the chain choking his feet. He began to sob. How could he not? It wasn't fair. He couldn't use his ability, they took that away from him, too. Like his dignity wasn't enough? He felt like a mistreated, neglected mutt.

The tears came out from nowhere, he knew he had no emotions, no heart. Then why did he feel like something was missing? Could his body be crying out for emotions? Could his body be begging for something to latch onto? Some little piece of hope that he had lacked for so long?

His mind left his body. His thoughts backed out and he just watched himself. Apathy could have been the word, but the scene more or so brought the word useless to the forefront. But, for know he will wait, until death finally decides that it's had enough fun with him. For the night is darkest before the dawn, and a hero is faithless before the world decides it could use him.

OOC: Whoo...that made me emotional to write it. Thanks for letting me back, guys!!! What is up??

 

OOC: Well......a lot has happened...I'll cover the major points which you may or may not have heard before.

The Enigmatic Knights are split up into seven Divisions, the fifth of which was utterly destroyed by the Ultimate Organization. Kingdom Hearts was reduced to utter ruin by the Air Army and a massive bomb sent to destroy it...unfortunately, their Death Drum didn't work. We learned about a mysterious organization named the Brotherhood which isn't planning anything good for the worlds, and then we had the Universal Peace Alliance and the Dai Jee, two rogue organizations, ravage the worlds in a big war. Vecked and the UO stepped in and wiped the Dai Jee off the face of the planet, killed a high-up UPA member, and joined up with the Enigmatic Knights, who were led by Sora of all people.

After the chaos in the light side of the worlds settled down, the UO and a few divisions of the EK teamed up and went through a gate into the dark side of the worlds, where the UO then took an ilium ship to the dark Pride Lands, which is completely covered in mist and inhabited by insectoid humanoids, and massive carnivorous creatures known as antlions. At the moment, we've just defeated said antlion, which was guarding a Brotherhood cave, and are now delving deep into the cave to find information on the Brotherhood's plot.

And that's that.

BIC: "So. Now that we've gotten this far, what exactly are we looking for? We better hurry. Azull's probably telling the other Brotherhood members that we're here, now." Xegreny said, looking around quickly. There didn't seem to be anything interesting in the cave, but Xeg didn't exactly know what they were looking for. He was worried about this Enigma guy though. He seemed like he knew a lot about the area and Brotherhood far before they arrived. Infact, Xeg was a little worried that he might be a part of the Brotherhood. He'd just have to keep an eye on him for now. Striking him down probably wouldn't have gone over well with the others.

 

Wing doubled over suddenly. He stood up with a dismissive Gesture, and a smile.

This was it...the sign he had been waiting for. Oxyrt was finally awake...Before he left Midgar Wing had linked them with a special Wind and Twilight bond. Much like those two girls in the early days of the UO...the one Wing had taken a liking to and the other that seemed to know Darxess..it was a shame he couldn't remember their names. Wing thought quickly and with out a word began to head out of the cave. His body was leading him to Oxyrt...but first Wing would need a ship.

"Something's up...I need to go off on my own for a bit...I'll be back I promise."

And with that he ran out of the illusion filled cave and back to the ship. after a fast flight Wing touched down in the outskirts of Midgar...He followed his senses and was soon dodging guards at a prison that stood in the place of the Shinra building back in the light version of the world.


"Hey you there stop!" Wing jumped up and back flipped over the guard. Wing noticed the symbol on his uniform was like the one on Azull's.

"you're the brotherhood?!" Wing said as he tried to dodge the guard's slashes.

"Yeah, and you're dead. No one escapes this prison!" Wing smirked and drew his keyblades.

He disarmed the guard and knocked him flat on his back.

"You obviously haven't met Oxyrt and Wing." Wing knocked the guard out and took his uniform and sword, handling a keyblade here would be bad idea.

"Alright...where is he...?" Wing asked walking into the massive prison.

 

OOC: Welcome back, Oxyrt. You may not know me, as I'd joined the original thread after you left. Hope ya post often.

BIC: Xane raised an eyebrow as his surroundings returned to normal. He was also suspicious of Enigma's intentions, but let it go for now as he'd just saved them from a fight they would probably lose. "So what now?" Xane asked Enigma. " Keep searching?"

 

OOC: ITS OXYRT! HE"S HERE!!

BIC: "And when do we make a pit stop?" Nulix asked Enigma, "I'm dying of sleeplessness, and hunger, and thirst."

 

"Yeah, when was the last time we ate?" Xane asked, patting his stomach. "I say we stop for now and go back to the ship. We can check the cave again tomorrow. Unless you want to stay here and find whatever hell your lookin' for, Enigma. Your call"

On a world far away from the Pride Lands, the Brotherhood Member known as Novice glanced at his watch. "Heh. Half past eight," He chuckled to himself, before looking at the figure approaching him. "So tell me...Why do you want meet Scourge...?"

 

"Oh, I'm sorry," Enigma said, sounding truly apologetic. "I get carried away sometimes...This is all somewhat exhilarating, don't you think?"

He shrugged. "Perhaps not. After all, I am confident that the Brotherhood won't attempt to kill me. After all, Azull showing up here just means that they know of our presence, but that they can't do anything about it. Now, if they were to send someone else other than the illusion master, we'd be in real trouble."

He reached into his coat and began pulling out small packs, muttering something and giving them to all the members; as he did so, they bulged into wrapped meals.

As he gave one to Xegreny, he leaned in close, and said, "I'm glad you find me suspicious. After all, it just wouldn't make sense if you all trusted me. But you needn't really worry. The reason I'm here is because I know the most about the Brotherhood."

He smiled slightly. "I'd really rather be home with my family."

 

*Vaboom* Oxyrt opened his eyes and lifted his tear drenched head at the sound of a muffled thud of what seem to be an explosion. Sitting there in the darkness, he looked around in confusion...he had never heard this sound before, at least not here. As the sound grew closer and closer, Oxyrt became more and more tense. He clutched himself into a ball. The sound was becoming more rapid and appeared to be engulfing the dank pit of a cell he lied at the bottom of.

His heartbeat became more sparatic, his breathing louder. The noise was then accompannied with screams. The noise became so unbearably loud! It had to be so close. The room started to shake as dust fell from the crevices of the stones and landed on top his head. Trying to cover his ears with his shoulders, he fell over onto his side and began to let out a scream, "Aghhhhh!..." Piece after piece of stone came crashing down around him. Rumbling. His screams were drowned out...

OOC: Just to set thins straight, the noises are wing coming to save him, haha, he seems pissed...OhHh SNAP! lol

 

OOC: Yeah, go Wing. *enthusiasm skyrocketing*

BIC: Xardius slowly munched on his huge bacon and cheese hamburger, and tried to think of something other than envisioning horrible deaths for the people around him.

He couldn't.

Taking a huge bite of his hamburger, he chewed forcefully, bit his tongue, and let loose obscure curses such as, "Suck beans bacon!" and "Chicken nuggets, that hurt!"

 

As the rocks fell around Oxyrt, he noticed that they seemed to be floating on an odd navy blue wind.

"He's here..."

Came the cool calm Voice of a long forgotten Ally. Three long Years Oxyrt had been imprisoned, though to him it would seem like mere days. Wing entered the Cell, Oxyrt's screams tore at his heart. He couldn't bear to see his friend so afraid. Wing then lowered the rocks, and they turned to dust as the hit the floor. Three guards stood against the far wall, they were shielding a scientist. Wing's temporarily Navy Blue eyes locked on them, and his body began to emit the familiar glow of twilight and wind. The guards dropped the weapons and fell to there knees. They had never seen such raw power... then again, none of them had crossed Wing or the rest of the Ultimate Organization.

"I'm taking him back." Wing said, his voice still calm and collected.

The guards advanced on him, But Wing threw up a shield of Twilight around Oxyrt and himself. The three looked away, fear in their eyes.
"F-fine....j-just don't kill us."

Wing smirked.
"In due time Gentlemen...in due time." Wing then picked up Oxyrt's screaming form and blasted a hole in the ceiling above them, He used the wind around them to fly out of the prison and back to the Illium ship.

Oxyrt had passed out, so wing placed him in the Co-pilot's seat, and strapped him in. A smile crossed his lips as he flew the ship as fast as he could back to the Dark-side Pridelands
