What the heck happened to everyone?!

 

OOC: Blah...

BIC: "On the schedule it says I'm fighting... uh, Athena? She's really smart, according to this?" Nulix muttered to anyone who would listen. "Yo," A voice said from behind Nulix. Nulix turned to see who it was, behind him stood a man with brown trench coat...

"Yo back at ya," Nulix said, "Um... so yeah, do I know you? Cause' my mom told me not to talk to strangers..." he said. The man raised an eyebrow at Nulix's words, "I was... I was, uh, trying to be funny, a failed attempt I'm sure..." Nulix said with a smile.

"My name is Dr. Ulian Ecko," The man said, walking towards Nulix. "I'm Nulix Princeton... can I help you?" Nulix asked, glancing to the side. "Yes, yes you can," Dr. Ecko said, "You and I both know that this Tournament is out of your league-"

"Excuse me?" Nulix asked.

"Come now, Mr. Princeton," Dr. Ecko said, "We both know that fighting is not your cup of tea?"

"Look..." Nulix said, "I really don't have time to be here and be insulted..."

"Oh... You think your pretty smart, Mr. Princeton? Well... think you can outsmart a bullet?!" Dr. Ecko yelled, shooting Nulix in the chest. "Wait, what?!-" Nulix said, falling to the ground. Ecko smiled before fleeing the scene of the crime. Nulix put his hand over his chest, the bullet missed his heart... barely. "God I hate Tournaments..." Nulix muttered as he fell unconscious...

 

OOC: Sorry i went MIA....I have a good reason :) My girl friend is visiting! Anyways...I gotta think of my fight


BIC: Wing wondered the halls and heard a shot, he raced off to see where it had come from, passing some strange man who wore a mischievous smile. Wing then turned the corner to find Nulix lying on the ground, blood pouring from his chest.


"Nulix!" He raced to his side and placed a hand on the bullet wounded to stop the bleeding. With his other hand he pulled out his phone and tried every one, but there was no answer.

"Crap...they're all fighting...." He said picking Nulix up and placing him over his shoulder. Wing raced down the corridors looking for help, but no one was in sight. He finally found a medical wing and laid Nulix down on a bed, and then found a nurse who immediately went to healing Nulix.


"Man...why does this stuff always happen to Nulix at these tournaments?"

 

*Darxess heard his phone ring*
*When he picked it up, he saw a message telling him what happened*
*Darxess rushed into the medical area*
*After asking a few doctors, he found where they kept Nulix*
*Darxess skidded into the room*
*Darxess sighed*
Darxess:"It seems we aren't too welcome at this tournament.........."

 

"No kidding," a voice said from behind the group. A man stood slumped against the wall. "You'd think to learn to mind your own business."

Taking a long draught from his beverage, the man crushed the can and threw it to the side, standing up and wiping his mouth off. He was grungy, black hair, dark eyes, and dark skin. He was caked in dirt and looked like he hadn't had a shower in a couple of weeks.

"After all," the man said, running a tongue over his somehow white teeth, "it's not as if anyone invited you here. Except for maybe the boss, but I can guarantee that he didn't ask you to join this tournament. No, you're here uninvited and when something happens, you act as if you weren't expecting it."

The man shook his head. "Just sad, really. You're here to destroy the Brotherhood? Bah, do you hear anyone complaining about them here?"

The man shook his head again. "Might want to think about that, if I was you."

 

Darxess:"I'm here for my own purposes, thank you very much. And I'm not planning on leaving anytime soon."

 

The man shrugged. "Suit yourself. I'm not telling you to leave or stay, just that you might want to think about your actions before you carry them through."

He turned and began walking away. "No matter how tough nails you happen to be, the consequences always catch up in the end. Just remember that. See you in the arena."

With that, he disappeared.

Xardius walked up at that moment and peered into the room. "Heard Nulix got shot again. Makes me wonder if he didn't provoke the guy on purpose."

He shook his head. "No one remembers the guy who did it, but I didn't really expect them to. Guys like that just walk in, shoot, get out while people are shocked by what happened. Good thing Wing found him."

He sighed. "All right, so I'm finished with round 1, but Xegreny's taking a...minor break at the moment, so..." Xardius shrugged. "Looks like we have members dropping out left and right, to get straight to the point."

 

OOC: I just went on a vacation. I wasn't gone that long....

OOC: I was joking...

OOC: Sounds pretty interesting..I'll start my fight as soon as somebody gets back online.

 

OOC:Yes, it will be a very interesting fight, and she may turn out to be a tougher opponent that you first thought she would be.

 

OOC: Really? Maybe I should wiki her up...

 

OOC:Well, its not so much that, but the way I designed on how she should be fighting. I am about to start my fight, so I can't be running it, so I'll just pm Darknight about it. However, I can pm you the details as well if you want to hear about it.

EDIT: And don't worry, she will be fully clothed during the fight. Just ignore the wikipedia article. Its bad.

 

OOC: I guess I'll have to be surprised, then. Though, I gotta ask...How did you decide the fight match ups?

 

OOC:By judging each opponent's powers compared to each person's personalities.

Xane is very cheerful and optimistic, but has a strong sense of justice. Though he acts like a womanizer, he cares deeply for his friends. Felt like a good match.

Wing and Hermes are exactly a personality match, but they just seemed to fit anyway.

Nulix, a lazy wisecracker.

And me, though not a match, I just wanted a powerful opponent. Who else who be more powerful than Aires himself? Was originally planned for Darknight at first, but he already started his fight.

So, there you have it. None of the fights are set in stone, so if anyone has any objections to there opponents, feel free to turn them down. This is just a set up in theory only.

 

OOC: So, Xane got Aphrodite? XP. Anyway, I suppose we'll avoid using Hercules, unless he's completely different from the regular version... And what about the Norse gods?..Maybe you should pm me to avoid spoilers...

 

OOC:I made a few edits in my last post explaining why Aphrodite was Xane's opponent. And yes, I would prefer to avoid a fight with Hercules, I'm trying to have everything be new. And as for the Norse gods, I don't know any other than Thor, and he didn't seem to match anyone. I might do a bit of research, though, to see if anyone is a better match than the ones I picked.

 

OOC: I can help you with the Norse gods.

 

OOC:Alright. but I still think Aphrodite is a good opponent for you, if you would like me to explain it to you in a pm.

 

OOC: It's cool that she's my opponent, but I guess you could explain it more.

OOC: Sorry I left again. ^^'' School hasn't even started and already its taking up all my free time...XP Although I have thought about who Bella might face, if she fights at all....Anyone heard of the Furies? XD

BIC: Bellatrix sighed as she sat on the corner of her bed. She had been feeling a bit ill since they arrived so she stayed in her room. The extra rest she got almost made it worth skipping out on everything...But now she was up and checking her messages to see if anything ...Bella's eyes widened and she sighed, "Why does it always have to be him..?" She quickly jumped off the bed and headed to the medical ward.
