The Ultimate Organization II

OOC: Sorry, computer froze.

BIC: "It's not so much the city as what the purpose of the city was," Xardius said, ignoring their complaints and marching forward, summoning a few fire balls to light the way.

"It was used as a storage facility..."

 

"A storage facility for what?" Nulix asked.

 

"I'm beginning to wonder," Xardius said. "The Enigmatic Knights used it for Nobodies, but the amount of Heartless here suggests that it wasn't the original case...Plus, the city is immense...Ah, here it is..."

The group had moved out onto a small overlook. The massive city sprawled below them, the center buildings rearing higher than anything else.

"I have to wonder if this wasn't a safe haven from something," Xardius said. "Perhaps when the worlds split...If that's the case...This city would be a big help in several ways."

 

Nulix glanced at Xardius and then at the city. "Wow.... this place has got to be at least a hundred years old,
or more... probably more actually..." he muttered, "So... what did we come down here to find?" ​

 

"I'm not sure I'm supposed to find anything, actually," Xardius said. "More of do something...But maybe I need to find something..." He faltered off into mumbling, then looked up.

"I think the key to victory is here," Xardius said. "Or at least the first clue." He pointed at the circle of buildings in the center of the city. "That's where the power is being collected. I suggest we start there."

 

"Okay then..." Nulix shrugged, walking down into the city.

 

EDIT: Since no one posted after me, I'll move on to the next step.

BIC: Xardius followed Nulix, examining buildings as he went. "This city, for being a bit over a hundred years old, is in remarkably good shape," he grunted. "No noticeable deterioration or anything..."

He walked towards a building and looked inside. "There's still food on the table...but it's...not rotten..."

He backed up, scratching his head. "I've suddenly got a bad feeling..."

 

"Great.. just great." Xegreny muttered, preparing himself for a surprise. Knowing Xardius, his feelings were usually accurate.

 

Continuing onwards, Xardius felt the hairs on his neck begin to stand up.

"I think we're being watched," he said, looking around. "Hmph, obviously whatever's watching us is too stupid to realize that they have no chance against me..."

Grumbling to himself, Xardius stalked on...

 

Following at Xardius' heels, Xegreny asked him, "Who.. or what do you think is following us?"

OOC: Lol, seriously, why are we down here? XD

 

Wing sighed, waiting for the train was getting very tiresome. Though it was the first day of summer vaction in Twilight Town, so every one was going to the beach or to out lying cities. He decided not to buy a ticket, knowing that today's rush meant tomorrow would be very easy to travel.

"Tomorrow is just as good. Not like i'm in a hurry any ways."

He said as he stepped out in to the Twilight Town summer heat. He squinted and held his hand up to block the sun as he walked over to the ally-ways that connected most of the town.

"EXCUSE ME!!!" A voice calledo ut from behind him. Wing turned to see a tall slender burnette a few years younger then himself. Seeing that he had turned around, she raced over to him. Panting and trying to catch her breath she pulled out a sleek black cell phone, a model Wing had never seen before.

"You're Wing right? I mean you fit the profile i was given..."

Wing nodded.
"Yeah, I'm Wing. What's up?
She smiled and took his hand, placing the phone in it.
"This is for you. You can keep in contact with those you care about."

Wing studied the phone, he flipped it over to see his name, number and titles etched in the back, along with a Nobody symbol. He looked up to ask the girl where she had gotten it, but it was too late. She was gone.

"Weird..." He said before flipping the phone open. Seeing the default wall-paper made him smile. it was a picture of him and all his friends form before the whole Castle Oblivion incedent. Looking through his contacts made him smile again, seeing that all of the Uo members were pre-programed.

"I wonder..." He said clicking on Xardius's name, and then opening a Text/e-mail message.

Xardius, I'm in Twilight Town, the phones are great, i assume you came up with them? Anyways, tell the others i'm sorry for acting the way i was. I needed time to sort things out. Where are you?

He waited for the message to send before closing the phone and placing it in his pocket.


OOC: Yeah two reasons i wasn't here...Comp died..still dead. good thing for back ups no? and i've been playing crisis core....wow amazing game lol

 

OOC: I'm back!!!! What the hell's goin' on?

 

OOC: Nul, Xardius, and Xegreny are in this underground city for no apparent reason,
we're all getting cell phones for another unapparent reason, and... that's basically it...

 

OOC: Ah. How random.

 

OOC: Yes, random indeed.................

 

"Interesting..."

Wing said as he flipped the pages in a book sitting on his small desk.

He had rented a room at the local inn named "Crepusculum Urbs Inn". he laid the new phone on his bed and picked up the book, a small note was attached to the front cover.

the cover was faded, making it impossable to know the title, but once Wing began reading, it was painfully obvious what the book was about...Organization XIV, and the Enigmatic Knights.

"Darxess's old organization...and the original EK. Back when they wanted all nobodies dead...i wonder why those kids had it."

Wing said as he flipped throguh various pages of biographies for the various members of Org. XIV two in perticular stood out to him...one that used wind magic and seemed like he would fit in with Xardius, Tera Roth, and the rest of the former Guardian's of Laurenska. and then "The prince of water", Xadrk.

"Xadrk...Xadrk...why does that name sound so familiar?" Wing shook his head, it didn't matter know, he flipped back to the wind user and read all of his stats...

"Bet i could learn a thing or two from this guy..."

Wing set the book on his bed and placed the phone in his pocket, just in case Xardius replied, and opened up a twilight portal...he was going to Midgar to vist Oxyrt's "tomb", and to train with his new knoledge.

 

Nulix glanced at Xardius and Xegreny, it was obvious they where being watched...

 

Xane finally caught up to everyone. "Why are we in an underground city?" he asked.

 

OOC: Well....the reason is...

BIC: Xardius looked at Xane. "I think we're about to find out..."

Out from the buildings stepped being stooped in shadow...

"Oblivion awaits you all," one of the beings said. "We are the guardians of the truth of this place...No one passes...alive that is..."

"Don't push your luck," Xardius said, flipping out his two black handguns. "Do you know who we are?"

"The Ultimate Organization, of course," the being laughed in a weird sort of hiss. "But you think that mortal beings can truly defeat us?"

 

OOC: Dang, we all have handguns, don't we. <_>

Soon, we'll all be one thing. :X

Seriously though, once I think up something to replace them, I'll ditch Xeg's pistols, I didn't know that weapon idea was in use. >_>

And no, I will not switch back from fists Pirate, unless you can fix my Keyblade... >:
