OOC: Okay okay haha as long as we dont throw Lazard and Hojo in we're good.


BIC:

"Ah so good to see you've all returned. Coa, Xegreny, Vecked Wukong....and i see you've brought more recruits for SOLDIER. Dr. Agni please make sure our new members here recive the hardest training possible."

Director Leer said as he sat down to watch the others in the Virtual Chamber.

Wing leaned against the wall, calm and cool, just waiting for the right tie to strike, and hopefully get answers.

 

OOC: Yayz, Wing!

BIC: "Begin exercise!" a voice said from the room. "Your mission is to defeat all the monsters."

"Piece of cake," Xardius laughed, holding out a hand and summoning Chomper from a small crystal. "Nulix, back me up."

"1st wave commencing!" the voice yelled.

Out of nowhere, fifteen Sahagins leaped down, their tridents plunging for the duo. Xardius and Nulix neatly dodged, as Xardius swept his sword upward, splitting a Sahagin in two. As the the remainder landed, Xardius plunged in, ripping them apart with Chomper and sheer brute strength...

 

Wing crossed his arms and watched the virtual battle as it appeared on a large projection screen.


"Director, I'm positive that you will like what you see."

Director Leer nodded and smiled as he too watched the virtual battle.

Dr. Agni sat at his computer termanal and monitored the battle, increasing the level of the monsters as Xardius defeated wave after wave.

"He has the same quailities as Coa and Vecked sir."

Director Leer nodded

"I can tell, add him to the list."

Dr. Agni complied and added Xardius to some odd list.


"Sir, what list are we on...if you dont mind my asking." Wing said trying to soud polite and Ignorant.

"well you see Coa, I'm not at liberty to tell you at the moment. I'm dreadfully sorry...but I assure you being added to this list is a great honnor, and you will indeed discover its meaning later this evening."

Wing nodded and leaned against the wall once more. There was no point in Attacking the Director at this stage of the game, not if they were going to find out what this secret list meant in only a few hours.

 

OOC: Yeah, so if we've fought those Advent Children guys, then why are the Crisis Core people here? It's not like Shinra can't rebuild itself but this is kind of a time paradox.

"What the hell is this for, anyway?" Xane asked as he rapidly kicked several Sagahins with a, "Haaaa!!!, causing them to burst in half.

Wukong mearly knocked afew in the air. Aftere doing so, they flew in the air suspended, until they dropped painfully to the ground.

 

OOC: I have Crisis Core right next to me now. :3 I'm in the middle of playing it.

 

OOC: Hey, Pirate, have your guys in another room okay? I finished my fight...

"14th wave, second to last," the computer stated. "Dual Horns!"

"Hard-headed smackdown time!" Xardius snarled, swinging Chomper as a Dual Horn appeared, hitting it square in the head and going right through, the Dual Horn's charge taking it's diced body into the nearby wall. Neatly leaping up, Xardius performed two X-slashes that took the legs out from underneath two more Dual Horns, then landed and performed a blade wave that made the wall spark.

"Huh," Xardius said, shredding another Dual Horn. "Where's the real challenge?"

"15th wave, Behemoth!" the computer announced.

Xardius readied himself as a Behemoth charged towards him, its massive horns angled to gore.

"Bring it!" he roared, and grabbed the first horn, landed on the Behemoth's head, and slammed Chomper through it.

The Behemoth blinked, roared, and died.

Leaping off the disintegrating carcass, Xardius dismissed Chomper.

"Piece of cake," he said. "Didn't even break a sweat!"

"This is the first time I've done this, so forgive me if I sound forward," a deep voice said from behind him. Xardius turned to see the silver-haired man from before.

"I've watched you fight," the man said. "And I wish to combat with you."

"Uh, okay?" Xardius said. "I'm Xardius Lionheart."

"Sephiroth," the man said, shaking Xardius' hand. "If you will, meet back here in two hours."

"No prob," Xardius said.

 

Director Leer Clapped and presented Xardius and Nulix with SOLDIER 1st Class badges.


"Congratulations you both fought well. I am looking forward to seeing you fight our Sephiroth in a few hours. Please feel free to explore the lobby, and this floor. I'm not allowed to permit you access to the other floors."

Director Leer shook both their hands and walked out of the training room, and Dr. Agni followed close behind.

 

"Well now what?" Xardius grumped.

 

OOC: Sure whatever. In another room.

BIC: Xane and Wukong then defeated their opponents.

 

"We just wait it out...I get the feeling that the UPA will be here to see your fight later xardius...and they'll be "inspecting" you, me and Vecekd...maybe they know something about the relationship of Wind and Flame...who knows...hopefully we'll be on our way to capturing Richards by tonight."


wing sighed and put his hands behind his head.

"Congrats Xane, splened preformance." Director Leer said as Xane walked out from the VR sim. Leer then handed him a SOLDIER 1st class badge and shook his hand.

"Please feel free to wondeer around this floor. there is an event later on, and i'll be back then to gather you and your friends together. See you soon."

Director Leer left the sim room and took the elevator to the top floor of the Shinra Building.

 

Xardius began to bum out...

 

Wing walked around the lounge like area of floor 49, taking an intrest in the view that they had of the lobby, and all the floors across from them.


"This is an odd place..." He said looking over to Xardius.

"Hey, i heard you saying back on Port Royal that every 100 years you fight The Brotherhood's leader...and every time its different...you know, the next time you fight, i want to help you...together we can beat him."

 

"SOLDIER, huh?" Xane yawned. "Bah." he said, placing the badge in his pocket.

 

"I'm not going back this time," Xardius said, walking over next to Wing. "This time, I'm staying to face him here...not as a memory, but as a real being. If I can destroy him now, then I can destroy him then......"

He turned to Wing. "However, when I do eventually go back in order to destroy Scourge, I'd be honored to have you with me...then you could meet my fiance."

 

Xane entered floor 49 and decided to take a rest while listening to the others talk.

 

Wing chuckled.

"I'd be more then Honnored to meet her Xardius. You know I dont think I've ever thanked you for everything you've done for me. You've saved me from certain death countless times...showed me what path to take and helped me every step of the way. I'm gald I could meet you...twice..."

He chuckled a little at his words before continuing.

"And what ever happens, I'm always here for you." He smiled and held out his hand. "Never Forget that Darius, The Greatest and most Noble Guardian Laurenska has ever known."

 

Xardius threw back his head and laughed as he grabbed Wing's hand.

"Yeah, right, who're we kidding? Me, noble," Xardius chuckled. Turning to the window, his smile drooped. "I may be the strongest, but I'm definitely not the greatest. The greatest guy in history is humble, honorable, and a real hero..."

Xardius shook his head. "I can't be a hero. All I can do is be me."

 

Wing laughed too.

"Well I guess your right, but hey, I've never seen a hero, so You're the closest thing to one in my opinion." He laughed a little more before taking a deep breath and looking down at the busy Shnira entrance.

"But seriously, thanks."

 

Xardius sighed, then nodded. "It's the least I could do. Let you live life. Everyone deserves a chance at that."

OOC: I gotta go pretty soon, so I'll call this good, and clock out early. See ya guys!

 

OOC: I'm late today, I'm only gonna be here for half an hourish.

BIC: Nulix sat in everyones general area...
