The Ultimate Organization II

Gerl shook the snow off his head and his wings as he stretched them out and knew snow was a disadvantage to him.

 

OOC:It's the weekend! Anybody around?

 

OOC: I am. Don't know if I'll be on for long, though.

 

OOC:Got caught up into watching animes. I'm back.

 

OOC: Okay, so, I see nobody has done anything. x_x

BIC: Xegreny led the way for a few hours, until they came upon a huuuuuggeeeeee base. The U.P.A. symbol had been crammed onto every single thing, so the place stood out like a sore thumb against the bleak wintery background. Sneaking closer, Xeg could see that the base was lax with security, only a single guard at each entrance. Obviously, they weren't expecting an attack. If they were, they didn't think it'd be too big, or too strong.

 

Looking at the single guard and back at his friends, Xane said, "Kinda pathetic."

 

OOC:Where's Darknight? I'm waiting for him to come back.

 

"I know, right?" Xegreny said, while sending a teensy blast at the Guards face. It melted it right off. Walking confidently to the door, Xeg kicked it in. "Wow, reeeaallyy lacking in security, no?"

 

"Ya had to melt his face off, though?" Xane asked, knocking the next guard out with a swipe of his hand.

 

"What? It's not MY fault that skin melts when I blast it. Maybe he should have had tougher skin." Xegreny said, while exploring the entrance. Nothing too dangerous upon first glance, but knowing the U.P.A. they'd have some dirty tricks up their sleeves.

 

OOC: DarKnight's around...been ruining my internet time watching Bleach...I'm up to Episode 133 now...in two weeks...that's pretty impressive in my opinion...

Anyway, I'm really sorry I haven't been on. I probably won't be on when any of you guys are on, but if you do manage to catch me, hallelujah.

BIC: Xardius grasped Xane and Xegreny's shoulders with an iron grip.

"Let's make a little deal," he growled, his eyes molten. "For every guy you kill here, you're going to get weaker. And after we're done, I'm going to fight you...And if you don't survive, that's just too bad...Got it?"

Xardius stalked into the base, fire swirling up to sear cameras before they could view him. Guards passed out due to the heat as Xardius led the group deep into the ice base...

OOC: Note: Xardius...not in a good mood right now...he must be cold...

 

OOC: Urgh. Bleach has so many episodes. It takes SOOOOO long for anything to get done on that show sometimes. :X

And you know, one would get cold when one is on a planet made out of oh, I dunno ICE.

BIC: "Wait.. what? Your.. gonna.. fight us? Good god, don't kill me, okay?" Xegreny said, as he followed Xardius into the base. Something.. wasn't right. It was too easy. Well, easier than it usually was. Normally, they'd have to fight through lots of baddies. But, now.. they were just strolling right through. They'd probably run into a snag sooner or later. But, who cares. They could take as long as they liked slogging through this base. He just didn't want to have to fight Xardius at the end. Him and his magic swords. All ten of them. Or whatever.

 

OOC: Episode 171 came out last week or so...Actually, although it does frustrate me that Ichigo can't be more like Xardius, I don't really mind the time-slag. The one thing I do find somewhat annoying is the fact that it switches from no-brain-power-comedy to heavy emotional things...transitions aren't too great there...

BIC: Xardius stopped at some stairs. "Richards will either be downstairs in the research lab or upstairs in the control room," he said. "That's really the only two places worth going in here..."

Xardius shrugged. "Maybe we should split up. I'll go downstairs..."

 

OOC: Yeah. That's why I don't really like Bleach. I've seen episodes where it's like, "OH LOL, ICHIGO GOT HURT. LOOK AT HIM AND HIS ANTICS." Then the screen goes black, and it comes back up and there's Chad, bleedin' and fighting some guy. All super serious and emotional like.

FMA is better. It's funny and serious at the same time. <:

*cough cough*

BIC: "I'll head upstairs I suppose." Xegreny said, hopping up the steps two at a time. Along the way, he met some nice guards. They all pointed their guns at him though. That's no fun.

A few uneventful minutes later, Xegreny reached the top of the building. Busting through the door, he entered the control room. Stopping short, he thought aloud. "Wait. I don't even know what Richards looks like.."

 

OOC: I like Bleach better, although Full Metal Alchemist was in English, lol. Bleach has swords...that's why.

BIC: Richards looked up. "Huh? What?"

Meanwhile, Xardius was busy poking a rather weird object in the middle of the research lab.

"I wouldn't do that," a man said behind him. "It's rather unpredictable."

Xardius sighed. "What is it?"

"A monster designed to hunt Nobodies and exterminate them," the man said. "I created it. And I control it. And you're a Nobody. Die."

Xardius blinked. "Sure."

The thing suddenly ripped apart, reforming into a massive spider-like object. Xardius flicked it's nose and the head flew apart.

"You were saying?" Xardius asked.

The man just laughed as the head reformed.

"Fine, boil," Xardius said, lighting the monster on fire and watching it reduce to ashes. "Sorry, no coming back from that."

"Hmm, fire-resistance, thank you, I'll remember that," the man said, writing it down in a notebook.

Xardius shook his head. "Sorry, no go."

BIC: Xegreny poked one of the techs typing busily away on the shoulder. "Excuse me. Do you know where Mr. Richards is? I've come to see him. I'm a SOLDIER First Class, if that helps any.."

The tech looked blankly at Xegreny, before turning back to his station. "Go ask someone in charge. How am I supposed to know where he is?" The technician replied in a bored tone.

"Uh, who would that be.. I'm new. Just got my First Class rank last week..." Xegreny asked sheepishly.

 

OOC: Bah, a dagger.

BIC: The tech sighed and pointed at the other end of the control room. "He's the guy in the dry-cleaned black uniform."

Xardius brushed his hands off, and patted the scientist's shoulder. "Sorry, that's life."

Walking out of the newly ruined research room, Xardius walked upstairs slowly.

BIC: Xegreny nodded his thanks to the Technician, and walked over to the man he had specified. "Hi. I'm a SOLDIER First Class. I came here to see Mr. Richards. A technician told me you could tell me where he was. I'm sorry if it's an interruption but this is extremely serious. I've got news that could end this war. I would tell you, but I want it to go straight to Richards. Can't have any spies intercepting my message."

OOC: Yes, yes, I mean Xardius-swords...

BIC: Richards blinked. "That's incredibly out of procedure...Arrest him."

Turning back to his work, Richards began humming to himself.

Xardius meanwhile, heard "Arrest him" as he walked in the door, and sighed...
