OOC: Now I'm just confused...

 

OOC: So am I, Dk... So am I...

 

OOC:Yeah, that's part of what's be keeping me away too. First, both sides of my family wanted to celebrate (Got to eat out at Pizza Hut, so it was pretty cool. The other side's party was at my aunt's house) Then, of course my classmates. Then, my previous classmates who were graduating at the same time. (I switched schools around highschool because Dad's new teaching job there)

Yeah, a lot of parties...Sorry I've been gone so long.

EDIT: WHY DOES EVERYONE LEAVE WHEN I POST?!

 

OOC: I'm sure it's nothing personal, Jaxed, XD. It happens quite a lot, actually...

Well, I'll be here for about an hour, then I'll be gone for a bit, then I'll be back for the rest of the night.

FYI, Jaxed, could you think of an alternate name for Darxess? For the novelization, we wanted to make it so there weren't as many X's all around...

Nulix came up with Darsis, but... I, er, don't like that very well.

Also, to recap you up to date, we're in the middle of the final Brotherhood battle! Just jump right in with a spectacular entrance!!!!

 

OOC: It was a well intended concept name, Dk...

 

OOC: Yeah, I know...RP Time!

Pirate, I think it's on you...

 

OOC: Darsis is a terrible name. It makes him sound French or something.

BIC: Venture leaped back onto his feet, landing on Zaxor's chest.

Mellodia used her sword to block Sorion's swing, and swung her leg forward to kick him in the chest.

 

Zaxor flew backward, tumbling over himself to land in a heap by Xardius, who grinned and picked Zaxor up. Zaxor shook his head, disoriented, then cried out as Xardius began smashing his fist repeatedly into Zaxor's stomach, then dropped the beaten Brotherhood member, and kicked him into a wall. Zaxor crumpled and lay still.

"So much for that guy," Xardius muttered.

Meanwhile, Sorion leaped back a little, avoiding most of the kick, grabbing Mellodia's leg with his left hand, and yanking her off balance, slashing downwards again at her exposed flanks.

OOC: This battle will be over pretty quick, I can tell...Unless Novice pulls some high and mighty stunt to save Sorion...

 

Xane jumped in again, delivering a punch to Sorion's face.

Mellodia got up and began to swing down on Sorion, but she was suddenly thrown back by an unknown force.

It was Novice, who finally decided to join in. "Looks like you needed some help," Novice said, glancing back at Sorion.

 

Sorion wiped blood from his face. "Probably," he muttered, shaking his left hand free of hanging blood droplets. "I'm losing too much blood to be effective for much longer. If you have to fight them by yourself, don't die, all right?"

"Wait a second!" a voice called from above. "Sorion, you're losing!? And Zaxor's on the floor!"

Ella dropped to the floor behind Sorion, and Sorion's eyes suddenly widened as Ella stabbed him clean through with her blade.

"You b--" Sorion suddenly coughed loudly, blood rolling from his chin before his eyes rolled up into their head and he collapsed.

Ella smiled, and licked the blood from her sword. "There's no place in the Brotherhood for weaklings," she smiled. "Now, who should I kill next?"

 

Novice eyed Ella with disgust. "Just go after one of them," he said, nodding towards Xane and Mellodia. "I have something to finish with this one."

Novice charged at Venture, his elbow smashing into Venture's back...

 

Ella charged at Mellodia, but suddenly ducked to the side, kicking Xane in the neck and using her momentum and weight to drive his face into the ground. Kicking off from his head, she once again charged at Mellodia, this time angling her sword up from the ground like a striking viper...

All the while, smiling with kind of strangely...

 

Mellodia lifted her sword up to block Ella's, while Xane slowly crept back up towards them. Without warning, Xane grabbe Ella's arms and held them back.

"Free shot, Mellodia!" he called out.

Meanwhile, Venture caught Novice's elbow, and sent his palm upward, striking Novice's chin, in return.

"Come to finish me off, this time?" Venture asked.


"Not exactly," Novice replied, glumly, drawing out his nunchucks once more.

 

OOC: As ya'll probably realized by now, I'm not a fan or particularly good at these ten page battles in the Rp. So I'm just waiting here, all mellow like till' these things are done...

 

OOC: At least post something about Pocketman. We all want to hear about Pocketman.

 

OOC: Pocketman was near and far, his exploits made them cheer or jar, his heroics made us all feel just alright. (Just alright...)

And then there came the tragic day, when they took Pocketman away, and left us all in a fair bit of strife. (Of strife...)

 

OOC: AW! Where'd they take Pocketman? I've got to know. The suspense is killing me!!!!

 

OOC: See Pocketman he had a plan, to steal and stuff all of the King's ham, and give to the children of the world! (The world...)

But the King found out about the heist, and caught him before Pocketman could fight, they dragged him off beyond the rocky hills. (No thrill...)

 

OOC: Noooooo! What happened after that? What happened to Pocketman!?

 

OOC: The King went to the secret lair, where Pocketman was chained and faired, the tortured him until the break of dawn. (Twilight...)

And just as it had been with Robin Hood, a man who only sought for good, met with a frightful and depressing life. (Life...)

The children of the forest did not vouch for this! (No No!) They made formed up the escape plan in a pinch! And the King was leaving the secret lair, he was hit in the face with a pitch!

The high pitch yelled to let the Pocket go, or face the wrath of Ho-Mon-Mo, the King simply laughed at the threats.

And then the children sprang from the trees, the hit their heads, they hit their knees, until the King surrendered and LET! POCKETMAN! FREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!
